    Hello Team,

    I would like to understand that how we can integrate the Chatbots with service cloud, is it possible?

    Does anybody know if this is possible? Are there available APIs for this, and if so are there readily available connectors? Or is custom development necessary? Thank you in advance!

    Please advice we have to update the same information in the SOW for our potential customer.

    Hi All,

    We are planning to add Video chat capability for our agents and wondering whether this feature is available. We are on 17D and have not switched on to Browser UI. It would be really helpful if anyone can provide below information

    • When will this feature be available (any scheduled date/version for rollout)
    • Will it be compatible with only Browser Agent or can it be used with Desktop version console

    Need some help from service cloud experts on this forum.

    We are trying to test Video Chat by using an an opensource WebRTC framework. However when trying to launch Video Chat in IE (browser control from agent chat window or as a pop-up), it doesnt work. It only works Chrome and Firefox if launched on a separate browser.

    What are the list of officially supported browsers for Oracle Service Cloud?

    Has anyone tried testing video chat with Oracle Service Cloud. I understand that IE has some limitations w.r.t. Voice and Video. At the same time i know that some oracle partners have solutions for video chat. Do they also require to use other browsers like Chrome or are there any options to make this work from IE?

    Please advise. Thanks
