    Hi Shail,

    Thanks, IMO it's not possible to remove that.
    If this screen results an issue on your side, then can be hidden from Mobility by User Types and technicians start page can be the Dashboard.
    I think dispatchers need that, but we are still using Legacy Manage.

    Hi Erlin,

    Okay, I got it now. Those screens aren't configurable related to "Next activity" option. I propose to shoot an SR and ask the expected behavior about the Suspending screen, maybe this is only missing from this screen unintentionally.

    Hi Esteban,

    I've had a reponse to the SR that I raised.

    If a 'scheduled' routing plan is run manually, it will cancel the scheduled run for that day - in my case, I had it scheduled to run daily at 330pm, it was run manually at 310pm whcih resulted in the non-runnign of the plan.

    I have checked today and it's run ok.

    Did you have the same problem?

    Hi Esteban,

    I'm having exactly the same problem when trying to schedule a routing plan to run automatically, we're still in UAT and preparing for go-live.

    Did you raise an SR as I suspect the issue could be related to routing plans that have been changed, any others that are already scheduled to run are fine.

    I'm going to log amSR as well.

    Hi Esteban,

    It's seems to be okay for me. Select a Bucket then assign this profile to it and also change Time Limit for at least 10 minutes. After that if you choose the Routing / Execution Summary, then you need to see a line with Status: Waiting. If every try is failed then an SR worth a shoot.

    I was trying to configure an automatic routing plan. Currently, I have configured the "Run Routing" section manually, and It works but then I changed the option to "Once a day" and the routing doesn't start, I don't know if something is missing in the routing plan or I have some mistakes in the configuration.

    yes we have a some projects in pipeline. One Big Manufacturing customer is looking for a hybrid Solution between Siebel and Field Service Cloud mainly focusing on Technician Mobility, Scheduling and Route Optimization. We also intend to provide integration between them. So that is why i posted this one. Ive implemented integration between our Service and field service using ICS so if i get siebel one that will be cool.
