If you haven't got stuck into the functionality of the new form logic that came with 19A yet, it's well worth it!
Just finished up a small development for a client where I wanted to back out my custom plugin development and make full use of it, and it's worked flawlessly. The technicians are now able to draw, sketch, comment and generally enhance the data volume and quality of site data they capture without hardware or connectivity limitations.
I re-purposed the signature capture as a 'sketch' pad for back-of-the-cigarette-packet drawing, and I love the new draw on photo feature, modelled by Toy Story 4 and my awe-struck daughter! With a small ICS integration, I was able to poll the subscription and move the valuable data into OSvC for > 90 day retention, and with a DBaaS replication to OAC we can even do sentiment and clustering analysis on the measurable data captured. Oracle Cloud has never felt more connected.
Hopefully, we'll get some feature detection ML in OAC in the future and then who knows what we could do with all of those images!

The 18C release notes state that emoji and pictograms can be used across OFSC. However, we're unable to get them to display.
We've tried specifying raw codepoint such as U+1F354, equivalent unicode such as 🍔 and 0x1F354 but the strings are just rendered as strings. How do should these be specified or is there a separate configuration item that tells OFSC to render the emoji?
The release notes refer to the documentation but this feature isn't mentioned, as far as we can see.
I am understanding how unschedule_activity action works. I went through post: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/ec4d2170c5 and also https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/19a/famsc/setting-properties.html#r_unscheduleActivityActions but I am not sure how this will work. My requirement is to move all the activities residing in a bucket to be moved to next day. I did setup a message scenario on my OFSC environment but it is kind of not working. The messages are stuck in queue as shown in the attached image.

I am using sending time as 'time of event' for both of above.
Update:
Adding one more question with this. Can I create activities as non-scheduled in the buckets so that they can be moved to future dates at any day from a past date?

As per OFSC functionality we know that the past activity cannot be moved or cloned. That particular activity will stay in the technician bucket forever.
Is there any way to move the past activity. In our customer scenario the technician may not start the activity in the allocated day. In case if he misses to reschedule the activity what are the cases to clone/move the activity to the current date without making the activity to stay in past date without any response.

How to Add Buttons/Tabs/Custom Plugins to "Add Activity" Screen for Mobility for Technician. This is Visual Form Editor Layout and i did not see the feasibility to add Button, Tabs or Custom Plugins in 19A. Screenshot attached for your reference. Please help me.

I have created an Action Name as shown in the attached screenshot and associated the Action Name as button into Book Activity Screen in the Version 18D. But after the instance upgrade to 19A, i was not able to see the custom button on Book Activity Screen and also i was not able to find the Actions Tab in Screen Layout to add it again. Please find the two screenshots (Action Screen & Book Activity Screen Layout) attached for your reference.

Activities which can be performed in team cannot be assigned to buckets. I don't understand this as per functional and business point of view.
Please can anyone explain this?

In toa mobil is there a possibility that the technician can move the orders and organize the route?
That is, the technician has a list of 60 orders, and he wants to be able to put order in them, to start them at his convenience, by proximity between one and the other.
This is possible?

In the latest version 19A, OFSC introduced new section "Forms & Plugins" where we can create new forms/screens and manage plugins. But i was not able to find the Action Links. In previous version 18D we used to create Actions Links and associate Plugins to these links in Action Management Section. Screenshots of both the versions mentioned above are attached for your reference. Please help me.
