    Hi All,

    Need some expert eye on Routing. We have created a Routing profile, routing plan and set of activities and assigned this profile to a bucket. 

    When executing Routing plan using "start manually" for an interval of 1 day or more, I could see execute summary which means that routing is getting executed. But Activities showing as "0" , Resource Utilization as "N/A" with a Negative Savings.

    Have followed all the configurations what is defined in our PDFs. Infact I am able to manually move the activities from one bucket to other successfully where there is no mismatch of Workzones and locations. 

    Business rules are enabled for Workzone support and work location support. Rest of the settings are all takecare. 

    But in Manual report summary, I am getting Zeros. 

    I tried with "Immediate" run schedule aswell, which again not showing any positive result. I am not getting any error message to trouble shoot further.

    Please throw some details why the routing plan is not picking up the activities?

    Electrical skilled technicians are in different groups. During activity assignment all or 3 or 4 technicians should be assigned with the activity.

    Hi Gurus,

    There are list of technicians under two different group. In that there are few technicians working under same workskills (eg. Electrician)

    When an activity is created in the bucket and during routing, it should get assigned to 3 or 4 technicians from different teams.

    This can be done only while grouping all the technician in a single group and assigning it to them, but how can we do without grouping and assigning to a list of technicians.

    Hi Gurus,

    We are trying to assign activity to the technician's inventory nearby location rather than assigning based on customer location. My one of the option is to push lat and long details of the the inventory location. Will that be helpful for routing that that activity to the technician who are nearby that coordinates.

    If any, can someone suggest idea to achevie this solution.

    Hi Gurus, Please state if this scenario can be done. If yes can anyone elaborate in how to do it. While creating a activity the manager will assign few parts to that activity. And when routing those activities to a technician, is it possible for the routing engine to analyze the technicians with the same parts and assign it to the technician. If those parts are not available in the technicians inventory the routing engine should not assign that activity.

    How do I limit the time of a resource to two random days?

    Hi! 

    For the current support I'm providing, I have to enable AutoRouting in Field Service Cloud. I've got two types of resources: resources that for level 1 maintenance and level 2 maintenance. Since the L2 maintenance resources are more expensive, I can only use them for two days. It doesn't matter if that's a Mo-Tu, or Mo & Fr, or any other combination: just two days. L1 engineers have full availability and should be planned first.

    Is there any way that I can set this restriction? Help is much appreciated!

    In routing baseline setting, what ever values put in the savings is always negative. How to make the savings positive?

    Can anyone share your tips or what could be done to make values positive.

    I am trying to assign activities from a global buckets to regional level buckets. I set up the filters and setup a profile. Currently, routing is working but activities are being assigned from Global Bucket to the regional bucket field resources instead regional bucket itself. Please can i know how to set this up that activities to be assigned only to regional buckets.
