     I have a query, is it possible to modify the field content of an activity that is already started?

    That is to say if the order was initiated, and through an API (for example) I can update the notes of the order (which is initiated)

    Multiple users are experiencing an "Offline" message even when they are in areas with full service

    Has anyone experience widespread "Offline. Sync required." messages displaying even when you have full service? Most of our users have to circumvent this by going back to the SSO page and opening a new OFSC window which causes causes delays and also gets rid of information that was previously entered.

    If you've experienced this, is there anything that worked well as another work around? Is there anything that you had to do on your end to resolve it?

    Hi,

    We are starting to develop a plugin that will print some properties values in the screen and then save the page as PDF (plugin name "Save PDF" in OFSC)...
    But we are facing the following problem: When we click in the plugin button in Edit/View activity context from technician, the properties values are not being printed and instead the property name is being printend. For example, in our test we setted activity ID and city values in index.html to be printed but in our plugin screen the names appt_number and ccity are being printed.
    We suspect that the problem is the object "receivedData" in plugin.js file is not receiving the OFSC properties values, only aid information for some reason.
    Does anyone know what may be causing this issue?

    Technicians create service requests for Contruction/Maintenance. Required picture of site with geolocations for maint activity.

    Hello,

    We are requiring our technicians to take a picture of a site (with geolocation) when suspending a job for service requested from construction or maintenance departments.  Our middleware will create a new activity when the service request is triggered, but we cannot identify how to load the image geolocation into the new activity as xcoord/ycoord.  We are pulling the location of the activity when a technician is starting and completing, but sometimes a service request is created for a down pole at the intersection or down the street. We want the image geolocation to be applied to the activity created due to a service request.

    We are trying to improve the overall deployment to Technicians by using the simplified OFSC Mobile app login suggest by Oracle in the documentation(refer link below).

    Could you please let us know if any one has done this setup or have reference documents to do Azure MDM configuration?

    Simplified Login:
    The field resources use the same instance most of the times to login to the installed application.
    To reduce this effort of using the same series of steps to login to a particular instance every time, you can use the Mobile Device Management (MDM) option.

    How to configure MDM?
    A MDM system must be properly configured before using it to populate your instance details. It should also allow IT service to distribute the installed application to the end user’s devices. For more information, you should refer to MDM documentation.

    It will be possible to move orders to a type of resource that routing does not consider.

    Our client handles suspended orders that can go several days without attending.

    We need to be able to separate these orders from their original buckets and pass them to another one called "suspended" or something similar without routing taking these orders into account.

    They are currently handled in a bucket but, routing when considered, it obviously routes them again.

    The client needs to be able to locate in some type of resource the orders that are suspended and that are not routed by the system. They will manually locate them in the corresponding technician.

    This is possible ?? Is there any alternative?

    Hi !! 

    Our client at the time of selecting the next work order, needs to be able to confirm through a message or alert the data of the order that you have selected just when you press the send button.

    At the moment of pressing the send button, a message of confirmation of the data and the order that I select will be shown, in case you chose a mistake you can return to the previous screen (end order) and select the correct order.
