    Activity  started on 25/09/2019 by Technician and still it is in started status, we are unable to End/Complete the same activity in Field Service. Hence status is not changed in CRM.

    can we End/Complete this activity in Field service.
    OR
    Please suggest how we can End/Complete this activity in Field service from our end.

    OR 

    Is there any Rest of SOAP services I can use and close/End/complete the activity.

    In the activity list view, to be able to view the next activities within a specific period in time

    Hi,

    Whenever a technician accesses his activity list, he can see the activities for that day regardless of their scheduled. For example, if a technician has a working calendar from 9am to 6pm, but only have one activity scheduled for 3pm (within a defined time slot), if this is his first activity of the day then the technician can start that activity right away. This means that instead of respecting the ETA/time slot, he can start at 9 am and not at 3pm.

    Is there any way to prevent this situation? Is it possible to restrict the visible activities based on their ETA or time slot? For this purpose, the goal is to create a filter so the technician can only see the activities to be performed in the net 2 or 3 hours, for example.

    HI Guru's,

        The incidents were completed in the field Service, but in CRM it is still open with status. We have 200+ such WorkOrders which are still in the OPEN status in CRM.
    If there is any chance to reprocess these WO's.

    In toa mobil is there a possibility that the technician can move the orders and organize the route?

     

    That is, the technician has a list of 60 orders, and he wants to be able to put order in them, to start them at his convenience, by proximity between one and the other.

    Hi, 

    As probably many of you know, sometimes users forget to complete their activities and forget to deactivate their routes. Sometimes activities which are in "Started" get stuck if they are not suspended/completed before the Overnight work (in business rules) ends. Please see attached picture.

    Have anyone figured any way to suspend those activities automatically? Or to get a notification like "There is one activity in started status from yesterday"?

     I have a query, is it possible to modify the field content of an activity that is already started?

    That is to say if the order was initiated, and through an API (for example) I can update the notes of the order (which is initiated)

    Multiple users are experiencing an "Offline" message even when they are in areas with full service

    Has anyone experience widespread "Offline. Sync required." messages displaying even when you have full service? Most of our users have to circumvent this by going back to the SSO page and opening a new OFSC window which causes causes delays and also gets rid of information that was previously entered.

    If you've experienced this, is there anything that worked well as another work around? Is there anything that you had to do on your end to resolve it?

    Hi,

    We are starting to develop a plugin that will print some properties values in the screen and then save the page as PDF (plugin name "Save PDF" in OFSC)...
    But we are facing the following problem: When we click in the plugin button in Edit/View activity context from technician, the properties values are not being printed and instead the property name is being printend. For example, in our test we setted activity ID and city values in index.html to be printed but in our plugin screen the names appt_number and ccity are being printed.
    We suspect that the problem is the object "receivedData" in plugin.js file is not receiving the OFSC properties values, only aid information for some reason.
    Does anyone know what may be causing this issue?

    Hello,

    We are requiring our technicians to take a picture of a site (with geolocation) when suspending a job for service requested from construction or maintenance departments.  Our middleware will create a new activity when the service request is triggered, but we cannot identify how to load the image geolocation into the new activity as xcoord/ycoord.  We are pulling the location of the activity when a technician is starting and completing, but sometimes a service request is created for a down pole at the intersection or down the street. We want the image geolocation to be applied to the activity created due to a service request.
