    Electrical skilled technicians are in different groups. During activity assignment all or 3 or 4 technicians should be assigned with the activity.

    Hi Gurus,

    There are list of technicians under two different group. In that there are few technicians working under same workskills (eg. Electrician)

    When an activity is created in the bucket and during routing, it should get assigned to 3 or 4 technicians from different teams.

    This can be done only while grouping all the technician in a single group and assigning it to them, but how can we do without grouping and assigning to a list of technicians.

    Hi,

    Is there any parameter or API available which provides information about the distance travelled by the Technician (km) during the day?

    I checked the GPS API's, Location API's as well as Smart Location API's, however there is nothing related to the distance. Also the avialable reports are much more focussed on the Travel Time. 

    Please suggest.

    How to suspend a single day activity and move same to the following day using message scenarios?

    Hello,

    I have a single day activity which when suspended, I want same to move to the following day (excluding weekends). Actually, when an activity is suspended, a pending one is created for the same day. However, I need this pending activity to move to the following day. I can't seem to find a correct activity message placeholder to move the activity to the next day when suspended.

    Hi All,

     

    I am trying to implement the OACS-OFS integration in OFS which has been introduced as the new 18C feature. I have setup the new integration channel for OACS. I am facing issues in the URL that needs to be set. It seems the URL that OFS accepts needs to be in the format https://abc.com while the URL that I need to use is https://abc/com/analytics.
    Can anyone advise what format we need to use for this.

    Hello Experts,

    We are currently working for a client that works on a contract basis with his clients. The Contract can be for more than a year. Once the Contract gets approved the activities need to be created in the Field Service Cloud. 

    It would be helpful if someone can help us in figuring out what could be the maximum days in the future for which activities can be created.

    As per our understanding, the maximum number of days activities can be created in the future is 1 year. Do let us know if our understanding is correct.

    Does Oracle Field Service Cloud have functionality which can automatically start activities when a technician arrives at the activity location? Our customer has a desire to use this.

    The 18C release notes state that emoji and pictograms can be used across OFSC.  However, we're unable to get them to display.

    We've tried specifying raw codepoint such as U+1F354, equivalent unicode such as &#x1F354 and 0x1F354 but the strings are just rendered as strings. How do should these be specified or is there a separate configuration item that tells OFSC to render the emoji?

    The release notes refer to the documentation but this feature isn't mentioned, as far as we can see.
