    Please can I set default refresh rate for all the users or each user has to do it by his own? Please review attached screen shot. Currently i could not figure it out how to set refresh rate for all the available users in core manage. And what is the refresh rate for mobility application?

    Does anybody know if there is a way of filtering activities in the map view when looking at activities assigned to a bucket or another resource. As per the screenshot below, I can currently see all activities on the route which are outstanding in OFSC. A lot of these activities are for different buckets and require different skillsets for the resource that i have selected.

    If its not possible to filter these activities, i feel it makes the map view much less useful and efficient to use. 

    Ideally our users will be able to filter on these activities and based on the filtering criteria, the map view will show jobs which are eligible to be reassigned to the resource selected.

    Our requirement is that technicians should be able to close/End their activities for next day if they forget. We want to use Overnight work functionality for this but I am not sure the implications of Overnight work. If I set 23 hours then what will be impacted? Oracle docs does not cover it much..

    Hi,

    Can any one tell me which is the field i need to check for the below issue.   

    The field technician writes what was done in the activity and when I open the activity to check it the text comes in half. 

    Does this issue happen because of the string constraint of the field? or there can be other issues ?

    Hello Experts,

    I am using for the first time Forms & Plugins. I created one custom form(not plugin) and also included it into a User Type. 

    Whenever the user submits the specific custom Form , I need a notification to be triggered like "Service Request is created". But in this case, my form cannot be linked with any action button.

    I believe this is a core functionality which actually existed as "Action Management" during the previous version.

    Any ideas about how it can work now?

    I am understanding how unschedule_activity action works. I went through post: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/ec4d2170c5 and also https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/19a/famsc/setting-properties.html#r_unscheduleActivityActions but I am not sure how this will work. My requirement is to move all the activities residing in a bucket to be moved to next day. I did setup a message scenario on my OFSC environment but it is kind of not working. The messages are stuck in queue as shown in the attached image.

    I tried following:

    1. Added message scenario on Add activity. Added 'unschedule' in the message and ' unschedule_activity' in the body. The message scenario did work but nothing happened to activity.
    2. Added message scenario on Add activity. Added 'action' in the message and ' unschedule_activity' in the body. The message scenario has message stuck in the queue.

    I am using sending time as 'time of event' for both of above.

    Update:

    Adding one more question with this. Can I create activities as non-scheduled in the buckets so that they can be moved to future dates at any day from a past date?

    Any help please?
