Our client wants to monitor activity events for specific userTypes (like callcenter and servicecenter)
Can we use the userType as a filter for activity type events?
The below subscription was created successfully, but am unable to pull results. If I remove the filter expression, I pull results for all users.

Hi Gurus,
There are list of technicians under two different group. In that there are few technicians working under same workskills (eg. Electrician)
When an activity is created in the bucket and during routing, it should get assigned to 3 or 4 technicians from different teams.
This can be done only while grouping all the technician in a single group and assigning it to them, but how can we do without grouping and assigning to a list of technicians.

We are trying to assign activity to the technician's inventory nearby location rather than assigning based on customer location. My one of the option is to push lat and long details of the the inventory location. Will that be helpful for routing that that activity to the technician who are nearby that coordinates.
If any, can someone suggest idea to achevie this solution.

Activity started on 25/09/2019 by Technician and still it is in started status, we are unable to End/Complete the same activity in Field Service. Hence status is not changed in CRM.
can we End/Complete this activity in Field service.
OR
Please suggest how we can End/Complete this activity in Field service from our end.
OR
Is there any Rest of SOAP services I can use and close/End/complete the activity.

Hi,
I created inventory types without specifying the model property to use, since in our context/business the model is not necessary. I checked that is possible to create inventory to add to the technician and customer/activity without having to define a model. However, it seems to be mandatory to send this field when creating required inventory via API in an activity, which is not the wish.
Is there any way to create required inventory without using a model property, just inventory type and quantity?

If you haven't got stuck into the functionality of the new form logic that came with 19A yet, it's well worth it!
Just finished up a small development for a client where I wanted to back out my custom plugin development and make full use of it, and it's worked flawlessly. The technicians are now able to draw, sketch, comment and generally enhance the data volume and quality of site data they capture without hardware or connectivity limitations.
I re-purposed the signature capture as a 'sketch' pad for back-of-the-cigarette-packet drawing, and I love the new draw on photo feature, modelled by Toy Story 4 and my awe-struck daughter! With a small ICS integration, I was able to poll the subscription and move the valuable data into OSvC for > 90 day retention, and with a DBaaS replication to OAC we can even do sentiment and clustering analysis on the measurable data captured. Oracle Cloud has never felt more connected.
Hopefully, we'll get some feature detection ML in OAC in the future and then who knows what we could do with all of those images!

Can you tell me what's this entity for? I tried to find it on the docs, but no luck.

I see the daily extract zip file, but i can't seem to access the xml files individually ? Should i be able to download them individually?

We see in the daily extraction file that the request_date file shows a request_date field that brings the date but the time is not indicated, it is possible to configure the date and time, minutes, seconds in which the service request was updated?
