    Hello Team,

    Kindly suggest...

    I can only view 1st activity at a time instead of all assigned Activities ( Pending, Completd etc...) in Mobility screen.

    I already set Mobile Activity Count = 5-10 under Options tab of Mobility

    How to view all activities at a time?

    Our client wants to monitor activity events for specific userTypes (like callcenter and servicecenter)

    Can we use the userType as a filter for activity type events?

    The below subscription was created successfully, but am unable to pull results.  If I remove the filter expression, I pull results for all users.

    Hi Gurus,

    We are trying to assign activity to the technician's inventory nearby location rather than assigning based on customer location. My one of the option is to push lat and long details of the the inventory location. Will that be helpful for routing that that activity to the technician who are nearby that coordinates.

    If any, can someone suggest idea to achevie this solution.

    I need to send a sample configured in a message scenario associated with the closing of the work order, but in the scenario configuration screen when I select "Recipient = 'Customer', Method = 'External System'" the option to associate the It is created as worked in previous versions.

    Can you please help me understand what is happening, I have validated the documentation of the current version (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/19c/famsc/message-scenario-configuration-guide .pdf) and it hasn't changed at all and I reviewed the Release documents and I don't see any change in the Survey topic.

    Field Service Trigger Information: Activity Delayed and Activity Prior Updates

    Hello Experts,

    I am working on use-case based on triggers that cover the following Scenario:

    1. Prior updates on the activities that are about to be delayed.

    Example: If the resource is currently performing a task at 8 AM and the job gets extended. Based on that the task at 4 PM will get delayed (Activity might get delayed error message being displayed in time view). The updates should be sent to the dispatcher informing the Activity at 4 PM will get delayed.

    2. Prior updates on Second Activity when the prior Activity has been completed.

    Example: We have two activities assigned to the resources.

    Activity A: Position in Route 1

    Activity B: Position in Route 2

    When the resource completes the Activity A, the Field Service should send an update about Activity B. The Information should contain the message ' The Field Service Personal is arriving at your Location'

    Please let me know if the given use cases are feasible.

    Dear, good afternoon, I need help from the experts ... for 5 days that the extraction process via api rest presents me with an error in the vtr_activity_details file, since the service_window_start field must have a time format (hh:ss) today I have a numerical value, I could not find where to change the format of this property, so I would appreciate your help, thank you very much .. !!

    Hi,

    I have tried to update the status of the activities from postman. When I run the below one, customer name is modified, but status is not modified.

    1. Can we change status through API?

    2. Can we change the status of the activity when it is in Bucket?

    Someone with this problem or some guidance please.

     

    In the types of users, I made a copy of an administrator profile (see image 1) but when modifying (removing the option "Message scenarios) I am affected by the 2 profiles .............. that is, by deleting in profile 1 the option "message scenarios" is deleted in profile 2 and I don't want to.

     

    Should not.

    Your help please.
