    Hi Gurus,

    I am trying to send a custom field status to external system(REST API/ SOAP enabled) when an activity is started. Aware this could be done using message scenario, but can anyone share the steps on how to call the external system in channels and the payload which has to be given in Message Scenario-> patterns->Body and Subject. It would be great help if any one shares any payload(SOAP or REST) for our reference.

    Hi all,

    We want to Open a native application that does not have an url in android or ios, is this possible?

    I can open an application such as google maps, and pass arguments, but this specific application does not have an url to be found on application settings. Any idea how could this be achieved?

    It is possible to create a property in the Activity entity and that it is updated from the identifier property of the technician corresponding to the
    resource entity, when routing has made the assignment.

    Hi Guru's,

       We have an issue in the instance, where the routing didn't assign a workorder to a specific technician on a particular day. Let me explain to you in the details: 

    On Saturday (24/08/2019) TechA was available to take the workorder and TechA's Gantt was empty (it means TechA is ready to take an assignment). The routing plan didn't assign the WorkOrder to TechA, instead the Routing plan assigned the WorkOrder on Monday (26/08/2019) to TechB with the same features as TechA. {TechA=TechB).

    The question is why didn't the routing plan assign the workorder to TechA and it assigned the Workorder to TecB.

    Hi, 

    As probably many of you know, sometimes users forget to complete their activities and forget to deactivate their routes. Sometimes activities which are in "Started" get stuck if they are not suspended/completed before the Overnight work (in business rules) ends. Please see attached picture.

    Have anyone figured any way to suspend those activities automatically? Or to get a notification like "There is one activity in started status from yesterday"?

    How can I confirm I am prepared for the loss of legacy manage configuration?

    I have been trying to wrap my head around the deprecation of the legacy manage configuration screen.

    It seems to me that we have always configured the mobility screen in the application configuration and the web screen in the legacy manage.  Now I am trying to reconcile the settings for all of my users. Some section configurations are copied when updated in either (*), but how do I confirm that all my edits in manage are configured in the application screen?  How do I know what I am losing until Oracle makes the change to my test environment?  Has anyone else had these thoughts? I still do not understand how the entire manage screen can be deprecated. It seems that there are default screens configured in manage that are not available in application. Has anyone exported manage configuration and imported into application?

     I have a query, is it possible to modify the field content of an activity that is already started?

    That is to say if the order was initiated, and through an API (for example) I can update the notes of the order (which is initiated)

    Multiple users are experiencing an "Offline" message even when they are in areas with full service

    Has anyone experience widespread "Offline. Sync required." messages displaying even when you have full service? Most of our users have to circumvent this by going back to the SSO page and opening a new OFSC window which causes causes delays and also gets rid of information that was previously entered.

    If you've experienced this, is there anything that worked well as another work around? Is there anything that you had to do on your end to resolve it?
