    Hello.

    Our OFSC demo environment is currently on 19A but will soon be upgraded to 19B (so we hear).

    We have a data backup file that we took on the current version (19A).

    Once the version goes up to 19B, would we be able to simply restore the backup file to the new version?

    I am understanding how unschedule_activity action works. I went through post: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/ec4d2170c5 and also https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/19a/famsc/setting-properties.html#r_unscheduleActivityActions but I am not sure how this will work. My requirement is to move all the activities residing in a bucket to be moved to next day. I did setup a message scenario on my OFSC environment but it is kind of not working. The messages are stuck in queue as shown in the attached image.

    I tried following:

    1. Added message scenario on Add activity. Added 'unschedule' in the message and ' unschedule_activity' in the body. The message scenario did work but nothing happened to activity.
    2. Added message scenario on Add activity. Added 'action' in the message and ' unschedule_activity' in the body. The message scenario has message stuck in the queue.

    I am using sending time as 'time of event' for both of above.

    Update:

    Adding one more question with this. Can I create activities as non-scheduled in the buckets so that they can be moved to future dates at any day from a past date?

    Any help please?

    Hello, 

    I want to send email to certain technicians/dispatchers via OFSC Email message scenario, whenever an activity with certain conditions is created to OFSC. Also, I would like to send only one email, for example at 12:00 which includes all urgent tasks for the day. 

    What I've done so far, I have message scenario with launch condition add_activity. It sends email every time a new activity with matching conditions is created, so it is working as intended, but I have couple of issues:

    • Why does it send email when we move activity between resources/buckets? I want email only when the activity is created for the first time, not when moved
    • Can I make one collective email, which includes all activities created during the day instead of sending new email about every activity? For example: "These activities were created since yesterday + list of activities"

    Apart from the route assigned to each technician we would like to have a pool of low priority activities common to all the technicians of the group. They should be visible and available to all so whenever technicians have the time or pass by a certain region they can check them, pick one and start it.

    Do you have any ideas on how we could implement that?

    There is one idea about having a different bucket for all these low priority activities, visible to all resources. But I think that this wont be very practical to switch back and forth between technicians route and the bucket. Also I dont see a way to see the technician's route and the other bucket's activities on the same map view. 

    We were also checking the teamwork functionality but as far as I understand it, this is something that is done by the dispatcher and has to do with a specific activity only.

    Bucket is not assigning activities to resources even when I already configured the calendars, workskills, workzones.

    I'm configuring Routing in a Test environment. When I load activities to a bucket, the bucket doesn't assign activities to the field resources.

    Also, when I load activities to a bucket, the number of activities appears next to the name of the bucket in parenthesis, but not in the routing plan.

    Is there a way to define the order with which we are seeing the groups in the technician's route? For example, we would like to see Pending and Non scheduled before closed and cancelled.
