    I need to eliminate job skills and capacity categories but it shows me the following message:

    Is there a reason why even if they are deactivated, no technician has them, no time interval using them cannot be eliminated?

    Hi,

    I have setup the Visibility in User Types screen for Routing since by default is not there. Still it is not visible and I am using admin user. Do we need to setup anything other than visibility to view the Routing? Dispatch also not visible.

    Hi,

    I have tried to change the Available Countries to UAE from US under Maps and Geocoding in Business Rules. When I tried to save, I got the below error and the country automatically changed to US. Do we need to setup anything?

    Value of the field "Default country for geocoding" must be one from the list of "Available countries"

    Our customer has Maps and Geocoding Provider: Oracle

    Activity  started on 25/09/2019 by Technician and still it is in started status, we are unable to End/Complete the same activity in Field Service. Hence status is not changed in CRM.

    can we End/Complete this activity in Field service.
    OR
    Please suggest how we can End/Complete this activity in Field service from our end.

    OR 

    Is there any Rest of SOAP services I can use and close/End/complete the activity.

    Hello All

    I am trying to use JavaScript Desktop API to fetch Custom Object and Custom Fields using Browser Control in Agent Desktop

    my exact requirement is that i have custom object and custom fields and i want to fetch the values of that object and set it for dropdown using JavaScript API.

    i have tried to follw the JavaScript API Documentation to get the Custom Objects and Custom Fields Value but i am not able to fetch the data of the field or whole custom object.

    i am sharing the code for that written by me on the basis of Docs for JavaScript API.

    Please help on this.

    I'm having quite a bit of trouble with the following task:

    Hello,


    Say we have a specific user type 'worker'.
    Users of type 'worker' should only see one activity at a time in one's 'Edit/View Activity' screen.
    A 'started' activity should take precedence and 'pending' activities come second, ordered by position in route.
    Any other activity status should not be shown.


    So, all my efforts at coming up with combinations of filters and filter conditions have been fruitless.
    Have anyone of you ever been able to accomplish something like this? If so, how?
