    Hi,

    How to Add Buttons/Tabs/Custom Plugins to "Add Activity" Screen for Mobility for Technician. This is Visual Form Editor Layout and i did not see the feasibility to add Button, Tabs or Custom Plugins in 19A. Screenshot attached for your reference. Please help me.

    Hello Team,

    We have configured Collaboration group. Now we have added Users( of different User type) to respective Collaboration/ Helpdesk group.

    Now we are unable to find the same users when we are searching contacts in Collaboration window( right side corner).

    Collaboration > Group Message > User group.

    For our respective collaboration group it is showing 0 count after 19A OFSC upgrade.

    Please suggest.

    Email notification to technician to deactivate route or complete activity

    We want to "remind" our technicians to complete an activity and/or deactivate their routes at the end of the day.

    These type of issues normally occur on the last activity, because Techs are rushing to get home after fix. Technician will not complete activity or deactivate the route until the end of the day or the beginning of their shift the next day.  I would like to have a launch condition like "Expected End Time of Daily Shift".

    Is there a message scenario configuration for notifying technician when last activity is not completed 2 hours past End Time of Shift?

    Or Route is not deactivated 2 hours past the completion of last activity?

    I am hopping to understand if is it possible to add properties from Inventory Entity in a Custom Form

    I create a new custom form with properties from different entities, but only Inventory properties don't appear, on mobility. I try to apply the form on different screens (Activity Details, Inventory grid), but the same properties are shown.

    Can you help ?

    Identifying resources located outside of a bucket, but with temporary work zones assigned for that bucket

    With the introduction of functionality to assign temporary work zones to resources and the "use resources outside the capacity area" feature, it is now possible for a resource to contribute minutes to a different bucket in the resource tree to the one they are visibly located within.

    We are looking at trailing this functionality, and we need to ensure that our dispatch teams can see resources that they are able to assign activities in any work zone within a bucket, regardless of their position in the resource tree.  This would include resources able to be assigned work in multiple buckets at the same time, or where they will be moving buckets in the future but we need to plan their work in the new bucket before they move.

    I have tried to create filters based on resource assigned work zones with a view to applying them hierarchically at a higher level in the resource tree.  But if multiple work zones are chosen, the work zones are filtered based on a logical AND.  Is it possible to filter resources where they have at least one of a list of work zones assigned?

    Hello,

    The customer has a string property called "Subtotal w/ Markup" [label = subtotal_markup_parts] which has a regex configured:
    /^(?!.{8,})\d{1,6}(\.\d{1,2})?$/

    The regex is supposed to force the value of this property to be limited to 2 decimal places, however it seems that since this property displays the calculation of two other properties, the regex doesn't work. See the below 3 screenshots:
     


    subtotal_markup_parts is configured as so =  subtotal_markup_parts.png
    name: Subtotal w/ Markup
    label: subtotal_markup_parts
    regex: /^(?!.{8,})\d{1,6}(\.\d{1,2})?$/

    It is configured in the display to show the value of the product of these two fields =   subtotal_end_activity_screen.png
    Default Value: (activity.subtotal_parts * activity.markup_parts)

    And then in the instance, we can see that the regex doesn't apply and that the property incorrectly shows 6 decimal places =  subtotal_mobility.png
    >> the value displays as 168.936375  when it should be 168.94

    Why doesn't the regex apply to a property that displays calculations? 
    Also I know that this property could use language expressions but there doesn't seem to be a way to for the limit of 2 decimal plays for a number - are there any other ways this might be accomplished?

    I see that when multiple installation are executed on the same activity, quantity is being calculated each time.
