    Hi,

    We have a requirement that Technician should be able to Book Activity from Mobile Device. I have configured workskills, workskill conditions and time slots. also configured capacity categories. while trying to book activity, i am getting the below error message on Time Slot Screen.

    Error Message "Capacity category cannot be determined using provided activity fields"

    Book Activity--> Updated required fields  -->Click Next-->Time Slot Screen-->Error Message "Capacity category cannot be determined using provided activity fields"

    We are changing with internal messages some values of our Activities based on different events (activity started, suspended, passed the ETA, not done etc) and we would like to update each time the field modified to contain the date and time of the change. 

    We havent found the way to do exactly that. We have thought of using predefined fields such as start time but this only shows time and not the date.
