    Hi Saurabh,

    There is Tools -> Log View option in Core manage.

    But that is not sufficient for your current requirement.

    Hi Hardik

    So we cannot get the logs by ourselves.

    Hi Jeffry,

    Suppose to do invoicing we are considering the start time and end time.

    Then we need to send these values to Invoice generation system. Under Notifications-> Message Scenario you can create a scenario that will send these values to external system.

    Hi Saurabh,

    If you want the exact request you need to raise and SR to get the request sent from OFSC using outbound. They will check the logs and send you the request

    Hi Hardik,

    Can you elaborate more on your explanation "Using Message scenario" functionality. Any examples?

    Thanks

    Jeff

    Hi Sunil,

    You need to go to Usertypes -> API Access -> Activity Management API -> Available Activity fields.

    Add the fields you need to see and give Read Only / Read Write access visibility to the fields.

    Hello Saurabh,

    We had the same issue and we were able to solve it by recreating the notification method to the desired external system and remapping the notification messages.  It seems that if the notification method is modified in some way it may stop working.

    Hope this will help.

    Regards,

    Martin

    Hi Saurabh,

    Let me know what is the error you are receiving.

    I have successfully done this with the above request.

    Please refer the docs http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/fieldservicecs_gs/FAISD/FAISD.pdf

    The <properties> structure is what I said.

    <properties>

    <property></property>

    <property></property>

    </properties>

    It is clearly mentioned in the Inbound SDK doc

    Also the wsdl structure of Inbound complies with my structure that I have shared.

    Hi Hardik

    The xml structre that is sent you is built when i created the request from wsdl. However i tried to build xml using ur structre but it did not work.

    seems it works like <properties></properties>

    <properties></properties>

    ...

    back to square one..btw it is working for u in soap
