Oracle is exploring how we can radically simplify software integrations. Not been involved in any software integrations? That is FINE.
We are looking for Business Analysts, Line-of-Business managers, operation managers who like to simplify work for themselves or their departments.
If you answer YES to two or more of the following questions, then we want to interview you!
- Do you define processes or workflows?
- Do you design or build dashboards?
- Have you ever set a trigger for a dashboard – for example, if a KPI I too low or high you get an alert?
- Do you track items by setting up alerts for certain thresholds (for example, to track orders, opportunities, and statuses?)
- Do you define business-critical monitoring data points?
The interview will be conducted remotely via web conference and will take about an hour. You will receive Oracle branded merchandise as a thank-you.

You may have noticed that we recently changed the look of the support.oracle.com website. Our Oracle Support site has been updated with an easy to use dashboard design that provides the most commonly used links right at your fingertips. Customers can also try the enhanced search tool that utilizes Oracle’s federated search functionality to look across multiple knowledge repositories and sites.
As a SaaS customer, personalizing the dashboard by selecting your SaaS products will limit the resources shown on the dashboard so they are SaaS focused. We highly recommend you take the time to customize your profile to ensure you are getting the most from the new dashboard.
We’ve put together a new knowledge document to help you learn more about this exciting new dashboard. Take a couple of minutes to check out the Oracle Support document linked below to see a video walkthrough of the steps you need to take to customize the dashboard and to learn more.

With the close of OpenWorld 2019, the Customer Connect team wishes to thank the many visitors who stopped by our booth, our video testimonial participants, and of course, our dedicated video crew. This was the first year we produced video testimonials during this conference, and the enthusiasm and energy during production were definitely heightened by the OpenWorld experience. Look for the new videos to be posted to the Customer Connect site in the coming weeks.
This year, the number of folks who came by easily topped last year’s count, and we enjoyed connecting on a personal level, meeting and chatting with current members and signing up new participants. For the first time, we passed out custom-designed pins to members and visitors – a huge hit for all recipients.
Being part of OpenWorld was just as rewarding, inspiring and exciting as ever, and we are looking forward to watching our customers continue to succeed with the support of Oracle’s newest Cloud technologies.
