    What is the REST/SOAP API we can use to get the Setup Tasks and Tasks List information like taskcode, business objects etc.

    Hi,

    We are building an automation tool to export the Setup Data from Oracle Cloud (SAAS). We are using the https://<INSTANCE_DOMAIN>/fscmService/SetupDataExportImportService?WSDL webservice to do task data export and import. For now, I am getting the TASK code details manually by navigating to the "Manage Task Lists and Tasks" page.

    Here is the navigation I am following.

    Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Setup Content -> Click on "Manage Task Lists and Tasks" -> Enter the Task name Eg: "Manage Business Unit" and search.
    It shows the task details with Task Code. I need all the list of Tasks and their business objects information. Is there any other way to get this information?

    Did someone found something like the API's or the command line interface (CLI) for Service Cloud? CLI should be applicable to both AD and Portal for the purpose of automating the migration of files to higher environment.

    I'm also looking for a documentation about command line interface for Oracle Service Cloud (CLI), where can I find it? This is for both AD and Portal pages, API for importing and exporting workspace

    In addition where can I find the API equivalent for all the application level menus and buttons?

    I recently received a request from a client for the bulk exporting of a large volume of incidents in a readable format. Looking at the 'Incident Print' message template, I can see that a SOAP API call for 'message_render' is being made when pressing the 'Print' button on incidents - however looking in the WSDL on our site I can see that this call isn't exposed to us for use elsewhere.

    Does anyone know of any exposed functionality that would allow for the bulk exporting of incidents in a user-friendly format? I know I could pull back the incident fields & iterate over the threads and export via a few of the API's, but that is rather involved for the volumes we need to export in the given time frame.

    (1) Is there a way to find out if Custom Object update from SOAP or from Agent Desktop in CPM in ActionUpdate ?

    (2) Is there a way to reject  RNCPM\ActionCreate of custom object in CPM script beside calling the object destroy() method ?

    I am new to RNT and try to detect user response incident email and trigger CPM  to call web service. I am using PHP to get the change in an incident when user response email in the thread automatically without customer service representation involves by checking the old and new thread to see if there is any change. See code below. I already verify curl_exec() works for soap request on my service.

    Q1) Do you think above will work to detect user reply incident email?

    Q2) I use Execute Async option, will above automatic retry if curl_exec() fail to connect remote server?

    I can only test in debugging and not able to test in deploy. That's why I would like to verify before sending the code to deployment.

    I appreciate any help.

    Hi Everyone,

    I am trying to implement EventSubscriptionNotification via SOAP whenever an contact is created in Instance. i could create instance of eventSubscription through Soap API. Also record is getting created in EventSubscription object where endpoint is set. But i am not able to get the respond at the endpoint URL.

    Could anyone suggest me detailed steps what configuration needs to be done at enpoint URL if any.

    or any detailed steps for implementing the same.

    Note*: I have followed this thread , will appreciate if anyone else has this figured out in detailed.

    Hello - would anyone be willing to share an example (ideally in .net/C#) of how to create/update a field on an Incident record that is part of the Standard Custom Object (Incident) i.e. not a custom field - using the SOAP API (CWSS)

    I have been searching the CWSS documentation but have not found what I am looking for.

    Grateful for any advice you can give.
