    HI All,

    I am trying to update quote line items of opportunity object through SOAP API, i am not getting any error in response but the changes are not reflected in Agent Desktop.

    Hello,
    I'm using a trial version of OIC. My scope is that to create an integration between oracle HCM and Netsuite. I've create HCM connection, tested e validated with successfull it.
    When I created the Netsuite Connection with your adapter, It went in Timeout error, I tried with the Credential Authentication and with Token Based Auth in security configuration. I received ever the follow error:

    The security configuration is correct because I've tested a SOAP call with the same configuration in postman and I get a success.

    Hello,

    I need to use a CriptoJS Library in call JS in an integration ( Oracle Integration Cloud Service).  Somebody know how to do it ?

    I should write the follow code in my js call but when run the integration, It finish in error becaus does not identifier "CryptoJS":

    var signature = CryptoJS.HmacSHA1(baseString, key).toString(CryptoJS.enc.Base64);

    I am trying to query the following in soap v1.3 and v1.4 and its throwing error message like : WHERE clause contains mismatched data types in comparison
     
    select INTEGERCOL from GTABLE2 where INTEGERCOL in (-5,-15) order by INTEGERCOL
     
    The same query is working fine with soap version 1.2
     
    But the following query is working fine: 
    select INTEGERCOL from GTABLE2 where INTEGERCOL in (5,15) order by INTEGERCOL
     
    The query is failing if I include one/more negative numbers OR a null value in the IN clause.

    Hi Everyone,

    I am trying to implement EventSubscriptionNotification via SOAP whenever an contact is created in Instance. i could create instance of eventSubscription through Soap API. Also record is getting created in EventSubscription object where endpoint is set. But i am not able to get the respond at the endpoint URL.

    Could anyone suggest me detailed steps what configuration needs to be done at enpoint URL if any.

    or any detailed steps for implementing the same.

    Note*: I have followed this thread , will appreciate if anyone else has this figured out in detailed.

    Here now we are updating custom object record by its record ID, But we are not storing the custom object record ID in Ebs. So to update from ebs we need to use one custom field of custom object which is unique in Ebs. So record of custom object should be updated by that unique field of ebs which is already stored in Service.

    I am working on creating a WorkspaceRibbonButton Add-In (my first add-in), and I'm not seeing information on how to interact with the Incident that is opened.  What I am trying to to is when the button is clicked that several Tasks will be created and associated with the incident, but I'm not sure how to get information on the open incident.

    If this is in the documentation and I missed it, please let me know where.

    How do I get a handle on Tasks to check if there any open tasks before closing the incident

    Everytime the status of the incident is set to closed, before incident save, I want to check (from Agent Console) if there are any open tasks associated with that incident. If there any open tasks, I want the agent to get a message asking them to close that task before closing the incident and should prohibit the user to close the incident till they close all open tasks associated with the incident.

    Is there a sample code I can use to have this done?

    Hi,

    We are building an automation tool to export the Setup Data from Oracle Cloud (SAAS). We are using the https://<INSTANCE_DOMAIN>/fscmService/SetupDataExportImportService?WSDL webservice to do task data export and import. For now, I am getting the TASK code details manually by navigating to the "Manage Task Lists and Tasks" page.

    Here is the navigation I am following.

    Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Setup Content -> Click on "Manage Task Lists and Tasks" -> Enter the Task name Eg: "Manage Business Unit" and search.
    It shows the task details with Task Code. I need all the list of Tasks and their business objects information. Is there any other way to get this information?
