    Issue with limitation of number records returned using execute report
    Content:

    Hi,

    I am aware of issue about limitation of number row returned from a report, and I get around it by making multiple calls to a report based on a sorted and filter unique column and using condition where ID > max ID.  However, is there a way to deal with Prod2Quote table which has no primary key or ID, and it has mulitple quoteID and product ID.  Please help

    Thanks,

    KJ

    How to get the custom Yes/No field value using CPHP
    Content:

    Hi Gurus,

    We have created the custom Yes/No field in Incident object. We have to fetch the value in CPM. I have tried the following codes. But it returns null value for all variables. Please let me know the correct code.

         $sendsms = $incident->CustomFields->c->send_sms;
         $sendsmslookupname = $incident->CustomFields->c->send_sms->LookupName;
         $sendsmsvalue = $incident->CustomFields->c->send_sms->Value;
         $sendsmslookuname = $incident->CustomFields->c->send_sms->Name;
         print($sendsms);
         print($sendsmslookupname);
         print($sendsmslookvalue);
         print($sendsmsname);

    Thanks,

    Mohan

    Using php curl in Custom process
    Content:

    Hi All,

    I have a requirement where once an incident is solved. I need to send the incident details to external third party system SOAP based webservice call.

    I was trying to use PHP CURL for the same. But curl_exec($ch) is not returning any response neither error.

    Could anyone please let me know if we can really use curl in process designer and were successful in such scenario.

    Thanks,

    debug and develop add-in without exting the application again and again
    Content:

     Hi,

    I m working on developing an add-in. As mentioned in the documnets to resgister the add-in we need add it through the add-in manager and then exit from the application and then re login into it.

    But this practise is very tedious if we have made a small change in the add-in and want to chk it. login to the application and hen reloading it is very time consuming.

    Is there any other way to work with add-in that can save some time. Please help.

    Regards

    Shubha

    Connect PHP - Get ID of Current Incident/Object
    Content:

    I'm trying to grab some incident information and push them into an external form when an incident is saved/updated. And I'm trying to do so from the Process Designer.

    I can't seem to find in the documentation on how to get the ID of the incident/object that is currently being created/updated.

    We need a more user-friendly developer documentation, in general! LOL

    Is there any developer documentation on the implementation ans use of the RightNow SAML option(s)?  We have a partner who is getting various error codes and they would like to know what they mean and how to resolve the errors.  Our customer facing documentation on this feature is VERY limited.

    SAML configs are set and from a configuration perspective, it looks like all is working, or at least should be.
