    It seems that no RSS feed is available for Ideas lab, or Answers. Can an RSS feed be made available to community, even if title + 2-3 lines are exposed via such RSS feed?

    Is the "Group Memberships" feature outdated, impending, or undocumented?

    I've been getting my new user profile set up this afternoon, and the only piece I can't quite suss out is the "Group Memberships" box (which says I'm not a member of any groups).  What exactly are the "groups" that this refers to?  Is this

    1. an outdated feature that hasn't yet been fully removed,
    2. a new feature that hasn't yet been fully rolled out, or
    3. a current feature that just isn't clearly documented?

    I did try searching in the forums and help files, but wasn't able to turn anything up that pertained to the community, rather than a product.

    Hello Team... Great initiatives on Idea Dashboard!

    I've a suggestion to add a button as  "Repost" to Repost My Idea, that will also carry forward the previous comments & voting that is has got, (similar to Facebook post, where the reactions & comments reappear)... this will have few advantages!

    1. Most of the Users who visit Idea's Lab after a gap, can see the latest as many of them gets missed in the large listing

    2. As a User I can avoid re-posting Idea and later treated as 'Duplicate'

    A little while back I got an email saying I had Green Ribbon status! Woo!!  It had a certificate that I could print out. I am now Red, but no email with a certificate. How can I get to my certificate with a Red Ribbon?

    I may be a little silly, but I really want to know!

    Hi

     

    I've recently had a change of e-mail and updated my MOS account accordingly.  As a result of this I was unable to access my customer connect account without creating a new profile, the one I'm posting this query through now.

    How can I arrange for my 2 profiles to be merged so that my connections, posts and subscriptions are not lost?  Alternatively can I get my other profile updated with my new e-mail address and this profile cancelled?

    I have raised this as an SR with MOS and they have advised me to e-mail appsconnect@custhelp.com. but this is not a valid email address apparently.

    Also I have noticed whilst looking on how to update my profile that there doesn't seem to be an option to unsubscribe to this application so I was wondering how if my circumstances were to change and I no longer needed to access Customer Connect that I could end my profile account?

    Any help and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    It would be extremely helpful to have a daily (and weekly) digest option for the posts/comments instead of receiving individual emails.  Sometimes the lively discussion on a topic can overwhelm my inbox, and I don't have time to read/respond to every post, though I do schedule time to visit my Forums on a weekly basis.  Having a digest option would alleviate the non-critical emails that I am sent.
