    Hi,

    I was using the Cloud Customer Connect in my previous company with their official Email ID, now since i changed the company i was made to create a new account with the current company's official ID. Now what if i change my company again, do i need to create a new account every time i change my company ?

    Is there a way I can merge these to accounts to one which i prefer ?

    I am getting a 403: Access Denied error when trying to post a new topic in my Areas of Interest forum on the Cloud Customer Connect Platform.  The error page indicates I need to 1. Go to my Profile Page, 2. Click Edit Areas of Interest, 3. Save.  However, I already have the specific areas of interest saved in my Area of Interest section of my Profile.    I am also unable to reply to or comment on other posts (specifically unable to post or reply in the Account Reconciliation and Profitability and Cost Management Areas of Interest.  I have other interests checked but have not tested those).

    I have tried accessing via Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge all with same result.

    I first noticed this behavior several weeks ago, so it doesn't seem to be something that will fix itself overnight or after making a change to my profile.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    Hi,

    I want to get notifications when somebody in my network creates an idea. I don't want to subscribe to all areas to get notifications when new ideas are created, but I want to just get notifications when somebody in my network creates an idea. My customer is looking for this functionality.

    Especially the LinkedIn URL will impact a lot when someone needs to view my profile.

    Hi

     

    I've recently had a change of e-mail and updated my MOS account accordingly.  As a result of this I was unable to access my customer connect account without creating a new profile, the one I'm posting this query through now.

    How can I arrange for my 2 profiles to be merged so that my connections, posts and subscriptions are not lost?  Alternatively can I get my other profile updated with my new e-mail address and this profile cancelled?

    I have raised this as an SR with MOS and they have advised me to e-mail appsconnect@custhelp.com. but this is not a valid email address apparently.

    Also I have noticed whilst looking on how to update my profile that there doesn't seem to be an option to unsubscribe to this application so I was wondering how if my circumstances were to change and I no longer needed to access Customer Connect that I could end my profile account?

    Any help and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    How do I change Industry setting in profile? It should say "Public Sector" or "Education" if that is an option.

    I cannot get logged into my Customer Connect account, and now its requiring that I create a new one. I should be showing as a Silver Medal member, but all of my rewards are gone, and I cannot figure out how to get logged into my old account. Please help!
