    Hello Team,

    I feel the download topic feature is missing an it would be of great help if this feature can be implemented. It would be easy to download the important content and use it as reference instead of searching for same content again and again on the portal.

    So, some people have found my answers useful enough to warrant giving me a "Best Answer" badge in a few threads. However, it's difficult to know which of these posts have had the award when looking through your post history in My Stuff

    It would be useful to know which posts had the badge awarded to them, so that you could refer to it in other threads.

    Hi all,

    Last 10-15 days I couldn't get any mail about my posts or comments. I checked all of the times and even I subscribe some comments I couldn't get any notifications. I thought there was an issue and it will be alright in time but it didn't. So, I thought maybe there is an problem and I should give feedbacks.

    It is really hard tracking all posts or comments manually sometimes. Notifications were really helpful. I hope it will be working soon.

    Do you have same issue?

    I am looking to update my "Areas of Interest" in my Cloud Customer Connect profile. When I click on my name at the top of the Customer Connect site (after signing in), in my profile, there is a section called "Areas of Interest". I wanted to check and see if there were any other areas I could add since I have taken on a few new roles. Is it possible to update this information in my profile?

    Hello,is there a way to change how it looks?

     

    We want to change the text color in the button, change how the button looks or even make it more modern by moving the word search into the search area.
