You earn certificate for reaching a champion level based on your points achieved, but currently we don't offer certificates for badges you've earned. You can only view badges from your user profile. Here's more info about our Reputation Management program:

Is there a pretty certificate view to print off your individual badges within your system?

    Thanks!

    Hi Ashish,

Thanks for being a valued member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.

You have presented a good idea about tagging individuals with @ option.
We will review this idea with our product management team and try to
find out the possibility of getting this implemented.

    Regards
    Hemal

    Thank you Bernice!

Thanks for your suggestion Ashok! It makes a lot of sense. Instead of "reposting", there may be other ways to "refresh" an earlier but popular idea. We will certainly review your request and see how we can continue to enhance our Idea Labs.

    Hi Ashish,

absolutely, I agree. Having some real time examples will be helpful.

  • MShrini

Yes, I am agreeing with Ashish.  There are no proper example and steps in the product documentation.

    Hello Rohit,

In order to register for and access Cloud Customer Connect, you MUST have an Oracle Single Sign- On(SSO) account that is registered with your corporate email address.
I'd recommend having your co-worker visit Oracle.com and click on the Sign/Register link in the header. If they do not have an SSO account, they will need to create one. Please ensure you enter your corporate email address for your username.   If they forgot your SSO account password, visit Oracle.com and they can reset their SSO password.  This is the password they will need to sign into Cloud Customer Connect.

    Best regards,
    Heather

Thank you for your interest in PaaS content on Cloud Customer Connect. As of this time, we are actively looking into identifying and prioritizing PaaS use cases that are most relevant to our SaaS customers, and do plan to publish them on the community in the near future. Our initial focus will be on HCM-PaaS topics, but we plan to expand quickly to other product areas as well.

If you have specific use cases in mind, feel free to use this forum to post your suggestions. In the meantime, you can also reach out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance on our PaaS offerings.

    Hi Olga,

Thank you for being a valued member of the Oracle Cloud Customer Connect Community.

Can  you please share some more information on the issue that you have posted.

    • When do you get this error? The page URL and the application details that you are trying to use for logging in
    • The reference number that you get may most likely be a service request

    Thanks
    Hemal
