Hi Piyush,
Yes, the team can see the change request, but even when the request is approved, the Bank Account Details do not show up on the supplier record and we have to re-enter all the details again.
This is very disruptive to our work and causing the team to have to do the work twice.
Thanks!
-Alan
Hi Alan,
Can you check the status of the change request through which you have created the bank account for the first time? Also, can you confirm if this happens for all the bank accounts?
Thanks,
Piyush
Hi Alan,
Are you able to direct me to where the roadmap is for planned new features for OracleCloud? I just seem to find information about what was new in the current release.
Thanks!
-Alan
Release readiness documents are available here:

My business case is that I do not want to run a report every single time I need to check on a supplier to see who updated it, what they updated, when they updated it, what the original content was, and what the field was updated to.
There should be a "History" at the bottom of every single Supplier Record for us to quickly view from vendor creation to vendor inactive status that captures everything in between.
Hi Alan,
You can post this requirement as an idea for us to review. It will be great if you can share business cases too.
Thanks,
Piyush
Hi Neelam,
Can you please advise how you are using the Audit functionality? Is it just a report you are running or is there a way to see the history of what has been edited on each supplier record?
Thanks!
-Alan
Hi Piyush,
Is there a timeline as to when this will be implemented? Q1 of this year, Q2 of this year? Would be great to get some visibility into a timeline, as this is causing our team a lot of extra work that can be avoided.
Thank you!
-Alan
To make bank account number editable is on the roadmap and will soon be delivered.
Thanks,
Piyush
Hi Khalil,
I understand the use case to prevent fraud, but the time it takes to re-enter all the banking information for a supplier is very time consuming and makes no sense. Also, we have approvals in place before the record is live, so that should prevent any fraud. Also, I am looking to enable the History, so you should be able to track who made the edits.
It doesn't make sense to me that you have to create a new bank record every single time the bank account information is updated by the supplier or if someone accidentally made a mistake when setting up the supplier initially.
Thanks!
-Alan

If an error has been made, end date that bank branch and then attach the correct branch. You dont want users to be able to edit bank details as this lead to fraud cases in the past after Invoices were approved for payment, paid to new bank details and then changed back after payment.
regards
Khalil
You may want to consider turning Audit on for supplier functionality. You can choose the attributes that should be audited.
You can consider using the feature Approve Internal Changes on Supplier Bank Accounts. This allows approval notification to be sent out whenever there is a change made on supplier bank account. You can read more details on this feature from the TOI linked below:

Thanks,

Hi Metin,
That is the white paper that I am referring to, which is dated July 2013, understand that this is still applicable for R13, but would be great if there was an updated version that shows if additional functionality has been added over the last 5-6 Years...
Thanks!
-Alan
Hi Alan,
Probably you also find following document. It's still valid and applicable for R13 version.
