    Hi guys,

    I want to retrieve "sessions" or "categories" table's data using Rest API end point.

    I have tried to retrieve that data with help of query parameter but getting error in response("This query is not supported: no such table: sessions").

    But I am able to see that tables in data dictionary.

    so please suggest me way or end point to retrieve that data.

    I want to edit a text in a word document and want to use the recommended doc version to make sure no formatting will lost during pasting the content from word into CKEditor .

    Hello! We have a very strong business need to implement some "reply all" functionality. Essentially, we have clients that are CCing multiple coworkers when sending incidents to our Service Cloud environment, and currently we have to manually search through the email header to copy & paste all of the CC'd addresses and manually add them all as contacts.

    Another work-around I could envision would be a custom script that parses through incoming emails, isolates unique "TO" and "CC" addresses, checks to see if they exist in the contact database and then adds them as existing/new contacts to the incident. Unfortunately, our team does not have the Service Cloud/PHP expertise to implement this.

    Has anyone implemented the above workaround, or know of a way to solve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    I'm using the following code to try to pull all the product IDs for a given answer.  If I run the code in a CP page, it works.  If I run it in a custom process, it returns null values.  (Similar behavior for Categories)

    In CP page, it pulls the answer via $answer = RNCPHP\Answer::fetch($aid,RNCPHP\RNObject::VALIDATE_KEYS_OFF);

    In Custom Process, it runs on the answer update event.

    NOTE: All other answer fields I try to access so far seem to work.  It is just the product and category fields that refuse to show up in a Custom Process.

    What am I missing?

    Is there anyway we can assign Navigation Set to Oracle provided 'administrator' user? Is it recommended to use it for the development purpose or REST / SOAP based integration for the authorization?

    Has anybody written a script to clear local cache for a user? Ideally it would run at login or logout of RightNow but okay if it was part of the PC startup. Hoping you can share what you wrote. smiley

    Is there any plan to make the .NET version of the Oracle Service Cloud compatible with launching from other browsers aside from IE?  I know that the BUI will allow an agent to launch the OSvC from any browser but it does not have all of the functionality we require at this time. 

    Currently our agents must launch OSvC using IE and agents get an error when attempting to launch using other browsers.

    I have a custom process that too-often throws this error:

    Limit Exceeded: Maximum Runtime: 157.000000s

    This is an async custom process making cURL calls to an external web service. I think synchronous custom processes have a 5s timeout, but I thought the runtime for async custom processes was unbounded. Have I misunderstood? Is this timeout value configurable? It appears the web service I'm talking to is slowish, and I've seen this myself in SoapUI.

    I see that custom objects excluding Menu only objects counts to 200 maximum per deployment. Is it a limitation of RightNow or that limit can be increased?. We are dealing with the design of exceeding 200 tables which needs to be translated within OSC as objects. Any advise on that? Thanks - Santhosh
