    How can I retrieve a list of ERP Object Names using the web service.

    Eg:  If I want to update the AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULE DFF Attributes using the ErpObjectDFFUpdateService what is the Entity Name for AR Payment Schedule etc..

    For AR Invoices, the Entity Name is 'Receivables Invoice' and I need to get a list of available items which would include the AR Payment Schedule DFFs

    Hi,

    When I run the following code, the Thread is written twice to the incident. Not sure why.

    But, when I remove the RNCPHP\ConnectAPI::commit() statement, the thread is written once once.

    Anyone has any idea why this is happening? How to avoid this without removing the commit statement.

    Hi guys,

    We have managed to follow the steps to implement the SRM accelerator using the document https://download.oracle.com/otndocs/SRMAccelerator/index.html. However, we are getting an error when attempting the last step: Configure the OAuth settings. See attached error. We checked the suggested solution given in the community thread:https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/0c7cfca5bd but we already have the adminprofile ID as the correct one. Has anyone experienced this error and resolved it?

    Hi gurus,

    I'm involved in a Chat Bot and OSvC project and I need an insight to propose a better solution.

    The requirement is to built a unified Chat solution inside OSvC Customer Portal where the customer, would start a Chat session and, according to the product and/or category selected, the customer would be routed to a bot or a real person.

    During the bot conversation, if it was not possible to solve the problem, the customer must be routed to a real person carrying the whole bot conversation along with it.

    The customer already have both, the OSvC and the Chat Bot solution. The idea is to integrate with the Chat Bot, using the APIs delivered.

     

    Do you have any idea what the best solution is? I thought copy and overwrite all the Chat widgets in Customer Portal do add the bot integrations before route to a real person. Do you guys know if it is possible?

    There is a cost adjustment REST service available and customer would like to update mass FIFO costs. The approach we are thinking is to download the cost FIFO layers and provide it to the users. Users can then modify the layer costs and put it in FTP location. 

     

    Using orchestration can FTP/File Adapter in Oracle Integration Cloud read the csv file, convert/build a JSON and call a Cost Adjustment REST API ? If not ,  is there a reliable third party tool available  to convert a csv to JSON ?

    Just upgraded to 19A over the weekend, and now I can't multi-edit contacts as before

    We just upgraded to 19A from 18A over the weekend.  Everything seemed to work well, until I was trying to change the org for a number of contacts this morning.  I've used the same report for up to 250 contacts at a time in the past, but today, for only 19 contacts, I got a new error: Maximum number of active SQL statements exceeded.

    I tried rebuilding the local cache of the .NET client, but no joy.

    I didn't see anything in the KB or other posts - has anyone else ever seen this?  Any ideas on how to fix it?
