    Just wanted to know that oralce manages infra  of our service cloud since its Cloud Application, so for Server details etc we need to contact Oracle correct?

    I can connect to my portals with cyberduck but when i tried to use Winscp, getting error that  host does not exist. Can anyone help with this?

    We have an SLA that has case limits set and is set for 12 months. We want to add this to a specific group of Organizations, with different start dates, based on another date field on the Organization. We have tried doing this but the Total Cases on the SLA instance doesn't get updated properly. Instead of showing, 15 cases, for example, it shows unlimited. Is there a way to do this without manually updating each organization?

    We are implementing Single Sign On using our own IdP and Service Cloud as the Service Provider (SP). Our IdP does not support single sign out.

    What I’d like to happen is that when a user logs out of BUI they are directed to a custom page rather than the default logout confirmation.

    Appreciate any tips on how this could be done.

    Hi everyone,

    Anyone here has a quick way or a tool to compare/validate if 2 environment instances (ex. Test & Prod) are parallel/synced in overall configuration, extension and customization.

    Asking this because we have an Engagement Cloud domain that has 2 instances (test and prod) that has just been handed to us and we need to validate that the 2 are sync so as to avoid failures in migration in the future.

    Hi All,

    In the SRM-Rightnow integration currently when an engage message is sent to RightNow, It creates a new contact and new incident where the incident is associated with this new contact. Instead of creating a new contact, the integration mechanism should be able to use values captured in custom attributes(Ex.pet name in the twitter handle) in SRM, to match with a contact that already exists in RightNow with the  same pet name with the associated. This would enable users in RightNow to avoid contact duplication issues.

    After making a new contact then adding a custom object which is (Address) on production instance I get an error which I cannot understand 


    Please kindly note that we cannot save the address after we filled out the required data and after we click OK it accepts only the (Note) content but for the other fields like (Governorate - City - Region) it was reset and I lost the data I entered

    The steps that I did are:

    I created a new contact 
    and when I try to add a new address from the address tab below and I click OK or Accept I get the mentioned error message.
    so I cannot save a new address..
