I missed the "q=" in the URL

    Working URL: .xxxoraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/priceLists?q=PriceListName=Pricelist1

    Thanks,

Do you have the experience of creating a contract and connecting with pricing in OM?

  • Sripriya Gopal

Mahgoub, Are you overriding price in OM? Can you pls clarify where you are overriding price and what log file you would like to capture?

    Thanks, Priya

    Hi Daniel,

it works within the discount list only. across the discount list, it does not work. I also had the same requirement earlier.
but you can Apply Stacked / Compound Discount to an Order Line based on Base Price and List Price

@Vivian Lee can provide more input on this.

    Regards
    Shyam

    Hi Carl,

Thanks for letting us know this change in 19D

I had gone through this feature. They are recommending to use this opt-in feature from 19C itself so that we can get used to this new feature now itself. From 19D onwards, this will be the default feature for Sandbox related customisations. Few critical points summarised below on how they will affect us (if we opt-in this feature):

    1. New profile options
      1. Maximum Number of Sandboxes: Controls the number of Sandboxes that can be created at any point in time. The default value is 20, we can increase this value as per our requirement (there is no maximum limit specified)
      2. Control Publish Sandbox Action in Production Environment: To enable publishing, set this profile option to Yes. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Applications Core Administrator Profile Values task in the Application Extensions functional area.
    2. New Privileges:
      1. Administer Sandbox (FND_ADMINISTER_SANDBOX_PRIV) privilege, is required for publishing sandboxes.
      2. Users having the Manage Sandbox (FND_MANAGE_SANDBOX_PRIV) privilege can edit but not publish sandboxes.
      3. While those having the View Sandbox (FND_VIEW_SANDBOX_PRIV) privilege can view sandboxes in read-only mode.
    3. Flexfields deployment not supported: You can't deploy your flexfields to a sandbox if you have opted in to Unified Sandboxes. You must deploy them directly to the mainline environment.
    4. Import and Export impact: You must delete existing sandboxes before importing new configurations to release all locks and to prevent users from thinking that they can refresh and publish after an import.
    5. Preview Sandbox: Test or validate your changes in the sandbox in preview mode before actually publishing it. If you made changes using Page Composer, don't forget to close it before testing. To preview your changes, click the Sandbox Mode drop-down button on the sandbox bar above the global header, and select Preview as if Published (Context: All).

Note: You can see the sandbox bar only when you're in an active sandbox.

Issues in Currency Conversion for Percentage Discounts (Doc ID 2555776.1)

  • Juan Manuel Gomez

The Idea is create only one strategy and assing this by combination BU1 + Price Segment1 = Strategy1 and two price list USD and COP and the both price list have the same items with different price when the user create a new order for the customer that have the strategy1, then in the header select currency = USD the strategy is Strategy1 but the list price to use should be Price list USD and when the currency will change to COP the systen shoulb be select tha price list COP..

We can  not change the assing to BU1 + Price Segment + Currency, because there are many records with the before assing.

    Thankls for your help

Define 2 different Pricing Strategies, one for USD and another for EUR. On the EUR Pricing Strategy, add the EUR Price List and USD Price List to USD Pricing Strategy.

In the Strategy Assignments, define Order Currency as a condition based on Compare To Attribute as Header.OverrideCurrencyCode.

Do not define a default Strategy.

When you enter the order, use the Edit Currency Details to select EUR as the currency and reprice the order, you will get the EUR Pricing Strategy and Order Currency will the EUR and prices will be from the EUR price list.

Likewise, when you enter the USD order (Edit Currency Details to select USD) and reprice the order, you will get the USD Pricing Strategy and Order Currency will the USD and prices will be from the USD price list.

    Thanks, Priya

    We have the same issue,

We have two price list one in COP and another in USD, and both share the item, but we need to select the price list by Currency.
