    No such std report is available in cloud.

    Goto product management > product information management > manage delete groups > enter the name for delete group > add the item > save > check constraints

    Constraints maintain data integrity so that pending transactions are not affected during purges.

    After saving a delete group, choose Check Constraints on the Edit Delete Group page to ensure that it is safe to submit the objects for submission.

    Once this is done, click on submit for deleting the item group.

    Mohamed,

    As Vignesh mentioned above, you will need to install the Excel plug-in to generate the CVS template.  The download for the plug-in can be found under the Tools menu.  The download link is called Download Desktop Integration Installer.

    Regards,

    Mark

    Hi Vignesh ,

    Thanks for your prompt reply. Client doesn't have Oracle ICS so this option is ruled out. Is it possible to enter web services details inside SOA composite used for PDH ?

    Audit Report means BI report ? If yes, for email and FTP options , user has to poll for files, for which they are not ready. Also, we are generating files at UCM location using publication framework in PDH ?

    Please let me know your thoughts.

    Regards

    Abhishek

    Did you have adfdi plugin in your excel.

  • Vignesh Chandran

    hi Abhishek,

    with Middleware: Using ICS sales cloud adapter, you can trigger the items updated to another system

    without middleware: using audit report, send as email or FTP method.

    Hello Vignesh,

    Did you face any requirement of sending change in items information to third party application. I am looking for information on sending information in real time to client application either from UCM or on trigger of event in PDH. Client is not ready to Pool UCM. So, how to notify them in case of change.

    Regards

    Abhishek

    Cool. Thanks!

  • Vignesh Chandran

    Thanks Gaurav !

    I tried with another way . Please see the below information.

    Upload the document to UCM - using webservice:

    Webservice WSDL : https://XXXXXXX/publicFinancialCommonErpIntegration/ErpIntegrationService?WSDL

    We can upload the csv, txt or zip(it contain any). The only thing we need to convert that file into base64 encoding. That encoded detail we need to use in content tag of the xml request payload.

    Request payload:

    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:typ="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/financials/commonModules/shared/model/erpIntegrationService/types/" xmlns:erp="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/financials/commonModules/shared/model/erpIntegrationService/">

    Hi Vignesh,

     https://<your pod detail>/idcws/GenericSoapPort?wsdl is the WSDL used to upload file. Below is the sample payload that you can try in SOAP UI. In the below payload Contents tag contain the base64 format of the file that you want to upload. Make the necessary changes in the file location. In addition, you need to provide user name and password in Auth(Basic) tab in SOAP UI.

    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ucm="http://www.oracle.com/UCM">
       <soapenv:Header>

    You may want to check with Webcenter team.
    I have come across one CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL service: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14571_01/doc.1111/e11011/c05_core003.htm#CSSRG2201
