How to Submit Imported URL Parameter without displaying it...

    Summary:
How to Submit Imported URL Parameter without displaying it on interview?
    Content:

    Hi everyone,

We are developing an anonymous interview which is embedded on a regular HTML page to be filled out by regular visitors instead of agents.
The interview imports an ID as URL parameter which is sent via query string, and then submits the interview results (including the imported ID) to be stored in mapped fields of an OSvC custom Object.

For now, we got this functionality working end-to-end, but the URL parameter is being displayed on the interview as a read-only text field (set via "Read only > Show if > Always" option from Policy Modeling

However we need to hide this info from the person filling out the form, but so far we couldn't find a way to hide this field. (We'd like to have it functioning as a regular HTML hidden field).

How can we accomplish this? Would it be possible to write some Javascript, assign the atributte to a CSS class, set its visibility to NONE and still have it submitted over?

    Thanks in advance!

Model Updates when using Mobile App malfunctions2

    Title:
Model Updates when using Mobile App malfunctions
    Summary:
How does OPA Mobile App manage incomplete interviews when a sync is done and the model is updated?
    Content:

    Hello,

I haven't been able to find documentation about this topic - and the answer to this question will inform our mobile model deployment scheduling and communications with our mobile users.

There are two types of updates that can happen that could affect a mobile model that is downloaded to a device.

    1. The OPA Mobile App is updated to a newer version of OPA (19A to 19B, for example)
    2. The OPA model is updated on the hub.

I need to understand what impact those two actions have on the data and function of the model on the device, when the device is holding not started or incomplete models.  The reason is that it appears that under certain circumstances, the update of the Mobile App or the update of a model can cause the existing interviews that haven't been synced yet to fail to load into the interview or fail to sync.

With Contact Checkpoints for 19A models or newer the default is for the model to load whatever data it can from the checkpoint and throw away data that is no longer valid due to the model being updated.

How does OPA Mobile App handle the existing data for mobile assessments that are synced down to the device but not yet synced back to the hub?  Is there a difference between an assessment that is downloaded but not started and one that is downloaded and partially completed?

Since syncing the device automatically downloads the latest policy model, this is important to understand.

    Thank you,

    Scott

    Summary:
How do I get OPM to allow for wide screen 16:9 layout?
    Content:

    Hello,

When in OPM I get a square area for laying out interview screens.  This unnecessarily limits the information I can give to users in tabular format.  Is there a way to get OPM to default to 16:9 screen format but still adjust to a user's device screen if needed?

    Thank you,

    Scott

    Hi,

My Motor Vehicle Duty Calculator Results page has a figure that appears as a decimal instead of a percentage. Is there a way one can display this decimal number in percentage format?

See screen shot shared under the entry "Depreciation" (Circled in Red) it shows "0.95". I would wish to display this figure as a percentage instead of a decimal figure.

I am interested in being able to display my Vehicle Duty Calculation Results on a Table Format
    Content:

    Hi,

I have developed an Import Duty Calculator that works fine and it displays the approximate Duty breakdown for any car model being imported into Kenya.

My aim is to be able to display this duty breakdown in a tabular format.

Kindly see attached the results page as it appears currently.

Anyone who might have a clue on how to achieve this?

    Secondary Contacts for an IncidentAnswered65.0

    Title:
    Secondary Contacts for an Incident
    Summary:
How do I add secondary contacts through OPA?
    Content:

    Hi!

Nearly all my OPA models collect additional contacts related to the form being completed.  For example, there is the logged in contact's information (primary contact for the incident), but there may be contact information for the authorizing official, the fiscal officer, and the project contact.  The OPA Model already loads the logged in contact and allows it to be updated upon submit.

How do I get the model to create the other three contacts as secondary contacts for the incident?

    Thanks,

    Scott

Embed OPA links in Fusion HCMAnswered5

    Title:
Embed OPA links in Fusion HCM
    Summary:
How to Integrate/Embed OPA inside Fusion
    Content:

I am assuming OPA can be embedded inside Fusion HCM so that Users/Employees can check the policy and that too specifically for their data, this means fusion has to supply employee's data into OPA to get the results. How does this work? has anyone got any paper, white paper, MOS doc to achieve this.

I am assuming there is no Single Sign on kind of thing is required as its just an integration but want to confirm if it does require something.
