    Hello friends in Oracle, 

    I'm looking for a glossary of terms that would outline various terms in Oracle (Supply Chain and Finance specifically) and indicate their definition. We're finding that the terms we use within the company are different from the standard Oracle terms. If there is such a document, this will save us a lot of time as we're preparing for the end user training! Thanks so much in advance.

    How to migrate the launch pad old account details with new account ?? i have completed few training program from my old email, but when i modify my the cloud connect address from old to new, launch pad points and progress is not sync with new id.

    Searching sucks. Badge titles don't match launchpad titles

    Issue 1: When trying to search in Oracle Launchpad training, I'm only able to put it one letter at a time, having to wait a few seconds between letters. This is time consuming and not effective.

    Issue 2: The titles under badges don't match the exact title in the Launchpad, which makes it difficulty to know if you've already completed the training or not.

    Hi community

    Using IE browser I am experiencing on going issues where by the attached photo displays the page 403 Forbidden. I've raised this with my internal IT and now I am seeking input from the wider community.

    It's not a screen or field or something I am selecting on the page whereby it can be replicated easily....it just appears and I lose any data I was entering and need to close the browser and start again. It appears to be isolated to the HCM Cloud app as it's not happening on alternative websites.

    Has anyone come across this issue previously and if so what insights can you share?

    How can learners maxmise the player when accessing SCORM package content

    Has anyone worked out how the user can maxmise the player view when they are accessing a SCORM learning module? 

    When a user accesses the learning and the SCORM package launches within the Oracle player, besides the grey bar on the page (which by the way there are no instructions to use this) which can zoom the content (in and out) has anyone worked out a way for the view to be maxmised within the player?
