    We're looking to send a mailing that needs to go to both the primary and alt email addresses listed on a contact record. Is anyone aware of a way to accomplish this? I know incident communication can be sent to both but Outreach doesn’t have a config setting for this. I believe the only time an email is automatically sent to an alt address via a mailing is if the primary address is invalid.

    Hello,

    We would like to be able to send a broadcast mailing to different audiences. At the moment we have to copy a previous mailing, add a different contact list and then send that new mailing copy. As you can imagine this is resulting in a lot of mailing copies.

    Nothing about the mailing itself is actually changing except who it is being sent to. We aren't able to just change the list on an existing mailing and send it again as the audience options (add contact list, add segment) become greyed out once the mailing is sent. Is there a way to send the same mailing to different audiences or must a new mailing be created everytime?

    Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi everyone,

    I need to pass an incident ID to a survey page and retrieve it as one of the question's responses.

    I've found out that I can use Javascript to capture the query string params and store it as a hidden question.

    So, I can write the Javascript code to parse the paramenter, no problem, but my question is:  

    How can I edit the question in HTML format, so that I can place the question inside a DIV (this way I can ID the HTML element in JS and also make it invisible)?

    Is this the right approach anyways?

    Hi All,

    We have a survey which contains multiple pages say 1,2,3,4.

    The 4th page has the submit button and each page has some questions which he answers and click next button(standard) and when the user reaches the 4th page, he submits(standard).

    Is there a way to make the survey auto submit even if the user is on any page say 1 or 2 after a certain amount of time. The condition is similar to online test exams, where the counter is there and the user gives answer and after 60 mins the exam is submitted.

    How I can report on drop off from a survey that only has one page

    Hi,

    I've been asked to investigate a way of reporting on our Transactional surveys to show the total amount of customers who open a survey and complete the questions vs open the survey and then abandon (i.e close the survey window and therefore do not submit their feedback). The survey we send contains all questions on one page.

    Is there any standard reporting/standard data table that will show this insight? Or what would be the best approach to find this information?

    i have a requirement to send survey to all customer who bought our product today, i would like to create survey in OSvC and send Survey URL from other mailing system (where i have details about customer).

    i would like to identify who submitted the Survey.

    any idea how to achieve this.

    We recently deployed a Chat Survey and I am trying to look at chats to validate when each was sent a survey. I figured out how to link when the results come back, but want to be able to identify who got one. There is no incident involved in most of these chats, or else this would be a little easier.
