How to hide the widget AccountDropdown ? I try disabling the widget but I see the error that is evident in the image.
I have a report that tells me how many accounts have been set up but I would like to know date last logged in to establish if customers are actively using the customer portal or have set up account and then only visited once. So is it possible to have date last logged in ?

What does the widget okcs/SearchRating do? The notes on the widget documentation says that the ratings are not analyzed, however says nothing about the comments and if they end up anywhere.
I assumed the widget acted like the Knowledge tool within the Console. and the text ends up in the managed search query. But that doesn't seem to be the case? unless there is something missing with how the widget is configured.....

How can the contact form be modified ?, I need to change the location of the fields, currently the fields of the form are below the titles of each field and now these should be next to it

I know Inlay Chat is a newer feature that was recently released. But I need a way to customize the fields. Is their a way to code Live Chat so that it is embedded in an Iframe on the webpage while also keeping it from disconnecting when refreshing the page or moving pages? I have tried changing some fucntions in ChatServerConnect to set this._startPersistentChat = true; but nothing seems to be moving it to a persistent chat state like chat inlay. Surely there must be a way to leech some of this functionality.

Our agents are using a custom contact Email address field. They are not using the Out of the box email address field. But when a question is asked from Customer Portal, the Contact Email address (default out of the box filed) is populated with the information provided by the customer while asking the question.
How do I copy that email address to a custom Contact Email address (Text filed with Data usage selected as Email Address) field after the contact is created through Customer Portal?
I tried using Business Rules or Workflows but could not find anything.
Any help is appreciated. Console and CP are in 18D.
I am trying to test the chat inlay functionality and I cannot get it to show on screen. I have tried variations of the code through the forums with no luck.
Where I have the div on the page it shows the text "Widget Error: standard/ProactiveChat - The widget could not be loaded. The widget must be contained within a version directory and must contain a valid info.yml file."
Any reason it might not be loading? Any help would be much appreciated.

I am trying to rename Products in the Chat Launch form(only UI) but would like to continue with the old values for Agent desktop and in DB. Is there any way we can rename Parent level Products only in the front end ?
