    In enterprise digital assistant use case, MS Teams is going to be the blockbuster channel for accessing the digital assistants. I am trying to enable the DAs in MS team though need some help in documentation or any blog, article on how can we pass user details from MS Teams to ODA. Appreciate your help.

    As per earlier information it was expected to be live by end of October 2019.

    Enabling MS Team extensions is single most important feature to increase adoption given employees in most organization use MS suite. I am familiar with MS Team adaptive card JSON, although i am struglling to figure out how to send data for adaptive card using ODA, documentation given is very limited and only example is for thumbnail card which is not more than what default ODA common response offers.

    Really need your help to get one decent example of how to pass metadata (json elements) in ODA, please share example or any documentation already in place.

    So we have two versions of ODA one which is for Oracle SaaS and another which is for any use case, in order to advise clients, trying to understand if there is any functionality or feature difference or limitations.. listing down what i know so far...

    SaaS version should:

    • be connecting to SaaS, should not be used if skills involved is unrelated to Oracle SaaS product
    • comes in same identity domain as SaaS, example ERP Cloud 
    • this is where, Oracle provided Digital Assistant (example HCM, ERP, EPM) will be deployed 
    • customers can created new skills and assistants

    Appreciate if you can add more or reference to any blog or documentation where we can find more..

    My requirement is to print the output from the custom component as a link.

    Below out I am getting from the custom API. I would like to show each line as a link.

    2019-10-21 to 2019-10-27 (29 hrs)

     2019-07-08 to 2019-07-14 (.5 hrs)

    2019-07-01 to 2019-07-07 (1.4 hrs)

    Below YAML to print  this output

      Print:

          options: "${Name}" #output from custom component.

    Here in this attachment considering all output as a link. I would print each line as link

    Hi,

    Today when training the Q&A for our DA we are receiving the below error:

    'We encountered some problems training the Troubleshooting_TT Q&A in the Troubleshooting_TT skill bot. Validate the skill bot, fix any identified issues, then try training again.'

    When validating no errors are found:

    'We didn't find any problems with the Troubleshooting_TT skill bot.'

    Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

    The only thing of note that I can think of is i made some changes to the Q&A and did not attempt to train the DA until an hour or so later and then received the error, however the changes I made are showing on our live DA.

    Any help would be great.
