What's the minimum BotML that needs to be defined for a Intents and QnA demo ?
    Summary:
New to ODA. Need to demo Intents and QnA to users.
    Content:

Can someone let me know what's the minimum BotML that I need in order to demo Intents and QnA interaction?

The Oracle Open World sessions made it look pretty simple but they forgot to mention all that goes on to setup a bot!

    Thanks

Questions that include an Intent & Q&A2

    Title:
Questions that include an Intent & Q&A
    Summary:
Issues with Oracle DA when a question includes an intent as well as Q&A
    Content:

    Hi,

Our Oracle DA when asking a question that includes an Intent as well a Q&A you are given a display that requires clicking for the intent response to appear.

Example: Our greeting intent is triggered when a customer for eg. says Hello, Hi, Good afternoon etc. the intent auto responds and says Hello (see image 1)

If you ask a Q&A question you are provided with an answer (see image 2)

Now if you combine the Intent and the Question you are given 2 clickable options (see image 3), the intent (Hello) or the Q&A answer (View answers), these two options need to be clicked, however we feel it is pretty pointless for this particular intent to clicked as all it will say is Hello, and will not answer the question.

So we want to know if there is anyway to bypass the greeting intent (Hello) for scenarios such as when someone includes this particular intent alongside a Q&A.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Tim

    Complete/Incomplete Chat Time Frame
    Content:

    Hi All,

Im new here, this is my first post :)

Looking for some info regarding the Complete/Incomplete time frames for Oracle Digital assistant, as we have seen some chats marked complete or incomplete with quite a delay sometimes after quite a few hours. This is not happening for all chats but a fair few.

Is there an expected or estimated timeframe for when a chats should show up as complete or incomplete?

    Any info would be great.

    Regards,

    Tim

What are the determining factors for 'completed'
    Content:

We see some conversations in both incomplete and complete that we can't immediately explain :D What decides if the conversation is complete? For the flow, I understand the 'done' part where we can choose if it's complete but for QnA why are some complete and some incomplete?

    Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if there is any way to port my web channel into Android and iOS platforms without building the apps from scratch.
I am aware that web applications can be ported into native iOS and Android apps but does the bots-sdk support it?

    Thanks in advance,
    Sharath Chandra Gavini.

Oracle Digital Assistant - No User Messages for Selected...4

Oracle Digital Assistant - No User Messages for Selected Options
    Summary:
Chat Bot Didn't displays the options selected by the users from Provided option.
    Content:

    Hi,

We had  Build a Bot and integrated it to a web channel that's been hosted locally using JavaScript Web SDK (bots-client-sdk-js-18.2.3.0) and the configurations are done as instructed in the  Bots: 16 Adding Intelligent Bots to a Web Channel ( https://youtu.be/aQIbtjEiObY )  All the Custom Components are added to the bot in the Embedded Container.

In this bot we used System.List components to list a few options to the user. while using the bot in the integrated website we encountered an issue where selecting the options shown by the bot is not been reflected in the user's response side. The bot just displays the corresponding message for the chosen options. and only the typed messages are displayed on the user's side of the interaction in the chat column.

Below I have attached a sample of my code.

Kindly help me on the same to proceed with the ODA  development.

    Thanks in Advance.
