    Hi,

    I have created my ODA App on Facebook and was able to successfully test it from the same account that created the page. When I logged into my personal account and tried to chat with the bot, I couldn't get any answer.

    Hi All,

    Im new here, this is my first post :)

    Looking for some info regarding the Complete/Incomplete time frames for Oracle Digital assistant, as we have seen some chats marked complete or incomplete with quite a delay sometimes after quite a few hours. This is not happening for all chats but a fair few.

    Is there an expected or estimated timeframe for when a chats should show up as complete or incomplete? 

    Any info would be great.

    I have an array returning Invoice Lines in which i have a distribution element which can hold another array.. see below

    Should it be that when the user click a choice from the list, it will show up that as if the user type similar.

    Note that in Oracle Bot Console or when it is deployed in Facebook Messenger, when you click the button/choices, it shows what you have clicked by having sendmessage on the right side

    Basically, while communicating with an external web application, i would like to send out commands to it as a custom new tag in the JSON object along with the 'text' and 'type'(as we see in system.out component) 

    So, Is there any option to add new tags to the JSON object ? Kindly help.

    When uploading an Oracle JET application as a service for a WebView component (as suggested here), Digital Assistant throws the next error:

    Is it possible to have a postback action that automatically directs me to QnA cards? 

    I want to initiate the conversation with a menu that has the main QnA categories (i.e. admission, tuition and test results).

    When the user clicks on one of the above options, they will be directed to all QnAs under that category.

    Can that be done automatically, or do we have to re-create the Qna into cards?
