    Displaying Unmasked Bank Account
    Summary:
When Maintaining Bank Accounts we need to see the full Bank Account number
    Content:

There are occasions when our Account Payable's manager need to see the full bank account number to ensure we are creating duplicates or allocating the wrong Bank Account to a Supplier.

Is there a way within Fusion where the full Bank Account Number (I.e. 12345678, not xxxx5678) can be displayed.?

    OTBI Security Help
    Content:

    Hi All,

We are deploying some reports to production for the HR team to use. We are confused with the way the security works in regards to the reports. Ideally, we want to be able to assign a custom role to employees so they can view certain reports (e.g HR Level 1 can see an Assignment Change Report, Contact Details Change Report etc. whilst a HR Level 5 role can see All Employee Details, All Salaries etc.). Can this be done?

In addition, do the Areas of Responsibility affect what the user can see when they run a report? For example, we have some employees who can only see Sector X information. If they ran a report, would they also be able to see Sector Y and Sector N information?

    Thank you for reading!

    SQL IS NULL error3

    SQL IS NULL error
    Content:

    Hi

We're trying to create multiple reports where we want to bring back a column with no data in (e.g. Missing Bank Details where the employee does not have a bank account number). When we run the report without a filter, we get back all the results as expected (records who have bank details and records who do not have bank details). When we apply the IS NOT NULL filter, we get back all the results as expected; records whom have bank details. However, when we apply the IS NULL filter, we get an error and don't get back any results when we should be getting back around 300.

Currently we're having to run the report without a filter and then apply filters in excel to find out which records are missing bank details. Is there any other formula we could try other than IS NULL?

How to stop employees viewing reports in 'Custom'?Answered2

How to stop employees viewing reports in 'Custom'?
    Content:

    Hi

We're having some trouble with report access. We're testing our reports and came across an issue where accounts with just the employee role can run reports containing highly sensitive information when the report was created via a data model. When they try to run a sensitive report via OTBI (analysis), they get an error and can't run it - as we expect.

Ideally, we don't want accounts with just the employee role to even see the contents of certain folders. For instance, we don't want a regularly person in consultancy to be able to see all the names of the reports in the Shared > Custom > Human Capital Management folder. We only want the Human Capital Management folder to be shown to people with the right roles, let alone employees seeing the names of the reports and being able to run some of them.

    Any help/advice is appreciated!

Does anyone have documentation or how to document on how to set up events, enable for a billing amount ( e.g. a milestone with a payoff of $25,000 when complete) and the process steps for creating the invoices / payments.
