    i want to build a sample of a Q&A bot. i created the bot and uploaded the csv file and every thing is ok but one i am using the bot tester i always get a response from the unresolved state. here my OBotML code:

    My requirement is to print the output from the custom component as a link.

    Below out I am getting from the custom API. I would like to show each line as a link.

    2019-10-21 to 2019-10-27 (29 hrs)

     2019-07-08 to 2019-07-14 (.5 hrs)

    2019-07-01 to 2019-07-07 (1.4 hrs)

    Below YAML to print  this output

      Print:

    Here in this attachment considering all output as a link. I would print each line as link

    Hi ,

    I have to call cx cloud rest api having uri path  /ccadmin/v1/products , this api needs access_token which we get by calling /ccadmin/v1/login. I have tried creating connector for the products api but failing in it. I have tested other connector like openweathermap and other publicly available rest api where i am successful.

    Through cURL or node code i am able to call these apis, but i am looking for connector thing so that instead of writing node code in my custom component, i can simply call the connector in custom component.

    Here is the cURL thing

    curl -X POST -H "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded" -H "Authorization: Bearer app_secret_key" -d "grant_type=client_credentials" https://xyzyyyy.com/ccadmin/v1/login

      it returns access_token, pass this access_token to next api call

    curl -X GET -H "Authorization: Bearer access_token" https://xyzyyyy.com/ccadmin/v1/products

    My try:

    I have tried creating two connector one for each, but for /login i could not succeed, I had put all parameter in header. For /products it works well when i supply access_token manually to connector header parameter. But how can i create connector so that it fetches access_token from /login by itself

    Hello,

    I have gone through videos of Grant and documentation of QnA https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/mobile-autonomous-cloud/use-chatbot/q1.html#GUID-95176412-CBB4-49D5-80F5-6ABE6CFA9931

    But i am not seeing such thing to enable QnA component.

    Where can find it to enable and upload my csv qna file?

    postback action is not getting triggered on MessageModel cards

    In my custom component, i am calling one rest api to fetch the data and then putting into cards with actions on each card (no global action) but i am clicking on any card, it is not triggering any action button and simply moving to next state. i.e. it is supposed to call my custom component where i am handling if postback/ textReceived things as it has been described in "cmmcards" sample by Frank, but in my case it is not getting called.

    Not able to figure out why it is not getting triggerd? I have integrated "cmmcardssample" by frank, which is working fine but not mine.

    Hi,

    I am looking for a proper way to access user information and channel information, from both Dialog Flow and Custom Component.

    My Bot is running on 3 different channels ( Alexa, Facebook Messenger, Website) and i would like :

    1) to have a switch proposing various options based on the invoking channel, thus my need to acces the channel type from the dialog flow. I have tried many things (channelType ... ) but nothing worked out. Same when trying to access it from a custom component.

    2) to have acess to userId, so i can access and store data. in the custom component i have tried body.message.channel.userId with no success

    3) For Alexa and FBM, i owuld also like to dig the account linking topic - ie capture the amazon id or facebook id of the user. So far with FBM i properly capture firstname and last name, how could i go further ? I couldn't find any details in the online documentation.

    Chatbot not responding when user doesn't press the Instant App link

    Hi,

    We have a problem with the System.Interactive component. The Instant app works as expected when the user opens the link provided in the conversation. The problem occurs when the user wants to ignore the interaction with the instant app by entering free text to the conversation (without opening the link). It seems that the conversation is blocked and the bot is waiting for a response from the Instant app to continue. Even if we add textReceived as an action, the bot is not responding to the user's input, if the user doesn't press the link.
