    Hi All,

I am having an issue while calling the REST Service from OIC. The error details are as provided below.

I have tried deleting and recreating the mapping but still seems to have the same issue. Appreciate if you could provide insights on how to resolve this issue.

    Summary:
OIC Process - Retrieve history of approver actions for a human task
    Content:

    Hello,

We are assigning a human task to a list of approvers in parallel. Our requirement is to capture the actions taken by all approvers of a human task in a separate database after the activity completes. From what I understand, we have the below service that gives us the whole history of the task. The {Id} value needs to be substituted at run time.

    /ic/api/process/v1/tasks/{id}/history

Our questions is how can be retrieve the {Id} (which I think is the Task Number) dynamically after the Human Task activity is completed ? I have tried using several fields available under 'execData (TaskExecutionData)',  in the Output Data Association, but none of these values seem to be returning the desired Id value.

Also, is there any other way we an approach this requirement other than the way I tried above ? Please advise.

    Thanks,

    Ashwin

Can we able to get the logged in username and password dynamically through script under service request object?
    Content:

    Hi Team,

I have registered OIC rest API inside OEC under Web Services with authentication and I am calling that process through script while creating an SR.

We have enabled SSO between OIC and OEC. So is it possible to give authentication through script while calling the registered service, it should take the current session who logged in the OEC?

Please update here which is feasible or not.

    Thanks,
    Shaheela

Unable to Process SOAP Web Service Attachment Larger Than 10...55.0

    Title:
Unable to Process SOAP Web Service Attachment Larger Than 10 MB
    Summary:
Unable to Process SOAP Web Service Attachment Larger Than 10 MB
    Content:

Initially, we've integration between Oracle Fusion SaaS, HCM, and our DBCS through the usage of HCM Extract.

Using HCM SOAP web services, we were able to get the contents of HCM Extract at the body of the SOAP response, then map the SOAP response as needed to DBCS tables.

Everything was fine, till when the HCM Extract size started to be larger than 10 MB. Once this happened, the integration started to fail due to size limit.

So, we've changed the integration to be as follow:

    1. Submit HCM Extract

    2. Deploy copy of the extract at the UCM server

    3. Using UCM SOAP web services, we send the HCM Extract as file attachment at the SOAP response

    4. Trying to parse the attachment at OIC as follow:

4.a. Using Stage File Write operation through encodeReferenceToBase64 of the attachment reference returned by SOAP response. But once again, the integration fails as it cannot write files larger than 10 MB.

4.b. Using Stage File Read File in Segments, unable to map any reference to Read Activity, only allowed to use Read Activity as Source at the mapper, but never as Target. We've one open SR regarding this issue.

I found another Post where the same issue has been mentioned, yet, there's no solution.

How do we go about download a file to OIC from an http server? There is a publicly available zip file hosted on a website that I need to download, unzip and process.  It seems like this should be easy.

Not able to upload file into ERP cloud via OIC
    Content:

    Hi Team,

I'm working on the Integration where I'm reading the source file from FTP, converting into FBDI, generating the properties file and calling the Bulk Data import process (Import AutoInvoice) as shown in the attached screen shot.

The file is not getting uploaded successfully into the ERP  and getting an error like below in one of the file of output log file(coming through the callback)

"The zip file contains data file with invalid extension:properties"

I have crossed checked .properties file and it seems to be good. Just uploading.

Below are the zip file name

    fbdi.zip containing the RaInterfaceLinesAll.csv and fbdi.properties files.

Can you please help here what might be the issue here.

    Regards,

    Ankur

    REST API Response text/html
    Content:

    Hi,

I have REST API with POST method when invoked it provides resposne in the json format but the content type of API is text/html.

In this case, while modelling integration in OIC, the REST connection response if i provide json response and json type it fails during runtime as API content type is text/html.

during runtime integration fails with error : response is application/json but expected text/html.

in this case, should i set the REST connection response type as raw and application/octet-stream and then use stage file to read the content of it and process? as this API Response i have to map to subsequent connections in OIC.

    Cannot set tracking details3

    Title:
    Cannot set tracking details
    Summary:
It won't let me set the tracking fields
    Content:

I have an integration using Basic routing, I had changed the REST trigger from a Get to a Post with a JSON payload. I updated the mappings, and all looked good, the integration went back to 87% and said I needed to specify tracking fields. Going into the tracking page, it is now missing the primary tracking field (shows as blank) and if I drag over the field I want as the primary tracking field, it goes into the 2nd row. So I cannot specify tracking field, it won't let me save it, and it won't let me delete the primary blank row either.

So how can I fix this without deleting and re-doing the entire integration?

    Hi team,

I need to execute Integration which uploads a file to fusion from SFTP.

Is it possible to execute the Integration as and when the file is placed in SFTP rather than executing it in a scheduled manner.

    Hi All,

I have a use-case where I have one scheduled parameter named as 'region'

I want to create schedules for the integration for two regions 'EMEA' and 'APAC'

I have enabled the override scheduled parameter feature but not sure how I can pass those.

    Any leads will be helpful.
