I am looking for any documentation/link to guide us on skiping the scheduled upgrade or postpone the upgrade date. We are currently using 19A but wanted to skip/postpone 19B upgrade

Due to technical difficulties experienced when we ran this session on the 5th February 2015, no recording was made. We're therefore going to run it again on Monday 23rd February at 9am PST ( Expression Language ( EL ) and Cloud Applications. Take 2. ). This call will be recorded and am keeping everything crossed the gremlins don't re-appear. We will also walk through the demos in a less frantic manner.

Hi All,
I need to be able to call Engagement via URL (GET Method) and contextualize in an Account Summary.
I tried the DeepLink function but if the Account does not exist the screen remains blank. I need that if the Acount does not exist this same invocation believes it as new.
Do you know if there is any functionality or customization to do this?

What is the practice recommended to manage an post-sales service in OSC (integrated with CPQ)? Is it managed by Assets or Contracts? Or a combination of both? Both for the B2B or B2C model.
Post-sales service refers to any update or modification that has to be made on a product (product, product group, or bundle) sold to a Contact or Account
