    How to use conditional compound filter for below criteria:

    Source: Service Data Provider (on table)

    Scenario:

    By default show query all records for object with sid==$page.variables.pk

    OR

    There is filter by name text box on page: if user wants to search records based on name then use criteria
    sid==$page.variables.pk AND firstName LIKE $page.variables.nameFilter

    Basically we want to have primary key filter always. If there is value in filter text box then apply AND operator with PRIMARY KEY value

    CRITERIA: (sid==$page.variables.pk) OR (sid==$page.variables.pk AND firstName LIKE $page.variables.nameFilter)
    At any point of time only one should work.

    As of now we have below mentioned filter criteria but this code is listing all records always with .
    {
     "criteria": [
      {
       "attribute": "{{ \"sId\" }}",
       "op": "{{ \"$eq\" }}",
       "value": "{{ $page.variables.pk }}"
      },
      {
         "op": "{{ \"$and\" }}",
         "criteria": [
          {
           "attribute": "{{ \"firstName\" }}",
           "op": "{{ \"$co\" }}",
           "value": "{{  \"$page.variables.nameFilter\" }}"
          },
          {
           "attribute": "{{ \"sId\" }}",
           "op": "{{ \"$eq\" }}",
           "value": "{{ $page.variables.pk }}"
          }
         ]
      }
     ],
     "op": "{{ \"$or\" }}"
    }

    Hi,

    We have devloped a page in VBCS visual application wherein we are displaying data for the jobs submitted in the past.

    The requirement here is that if the user enters a request id in a text area the table below should show the details of the corresponding record.

    How can we achieve this in VBCS?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi All,

    While trying to load data from a rest API to a Business Object, it suddenly crashes - probably because I was trying to load 20K rows.

    Does anyone know a better way to load data from external REST API to my VBCS BO?

    Thanks,

    Ziv

    Oracle Integration Cloud running SQL statement in Oracle ATP11

    Oracle Integration Cloud running SQL statement in Oracle ATP
    Summary:
    Getting error when I ran sql statement in ATP using oracle integration cloud
    Content:

    Hi,

    I am executing sql statement using oracle integration cloud in ATP database. While adding connection and validating the SQL itself i am getting the error.

    SQL>

      SELECT CITY, POSTAL_CODE, STATE_CODE, COUNTY
      FROM zeb_vertex_lookup
    WHERE NVL(POSTAL_CODE,0)   = NVL(#postalcode, NVL(POSTAL_CODE,0))
       AND NVL( STATE_CODE,0)      = NVL(#statecode , NVL( STATE_CODE,0)  )
       AND NVL( CITY ,0) = NVL(#city , NVL( CITY ,0))
    AND NVL( COUNTY,0) = NVL(#county , NVL( COUNTY,0))

    I have to use variable name with '#' so that it get displayed in the mapping. if I use ':' sql it is getting validated but i don't see it in the mapping.

    kindly please help..

    More Info on requirement -

    My SQL statement where clause should have search condition only if parameter has a value , if it null it should skip it.

    for example refer this pseudo code :

    var a = select * from address

    var b = where 1 = 1;

    if (postalcode is not null)

    b = b + 'postal_code =  ' + Postalcode + '

    if (city is not null)

    b = b + 'city = ' + City + '

    1. Is it IAR having All the dependencies like lookups and libraries or we need to export dependency lookups and libraries

    2. If IAR having All the dependencies while importing to another OIC it will automatically import All the dependencies or we need to import separately ??

    Reading application/octet-stream type file output and inserting records into a table
    Content:

    Hi All,

    I am trying to create an integration in Autonomous Oracle Integration Cloud where we do the below.

    1. REST API call to FCCS to get a file. Content type - Application/octet-stream

    2. It has records to be loaded into a table in csv format. I am stuck here as to how to read the octect-stream file and read it as a csv file.

    3. I have read that file and insert records into a DBCS table ( this part I can do, once I have the file in necessary format).

    Any help is appreciated.
