    Use of Authentication Services for Oracle SaaS

    Hi,

    We are implementing the Authentication Services from the Oracle Digital Assistant. We have created a Service for Google and
    implemented it which asks Google Id and Password for authentication which generates Token and stores in a variable, in code itself.

    Navigation on ODA instance: Settings>>Authentication Services>>CreateService

    Now, our requirement is to create authentication service for our Oracle SaaS instance. So our question is,
    1. How we can get the parameters which are asked while creating the service, namely Token EndPoint URL, Authorization EndPoint URL,
    Client ID, Client Secret, Scopes & Subject Claim for the SaaS instance?

    So that it will generate a Token for us,

    Also, we would like to know if we could use this token to Access the reports from the SaaS instance? will reports accepts this tokens?

    Hi,

    I am working on project, where I need to integrate IBCS bots to other channel(Alice -- Russian Voice bot, similar to Alexa).

    For this reason i have to create a webhook server to take request/command from Alice & pass that to IBCS. 

    I followed this doc https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/mobile-suite/use-chatbot/bot-channels.html#GUID-96CCA06D-0432-4F20-8CDD-E60161F46680  

    My Webhook server is able to get message from Alice , but on calling IBCS bot using  (Webhook URI which I got from IBCS channel), i am getting error -- getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND bots-connectors bots-connectors:8000

    If any of expert can share some info/link/sample code for webhook that will be great.

    Is it possible to update the variables using a postback payload from a webhook channel?

    Hi developers,
    I am developing a custom SDK for Hangouts Chat and I want to update the variables using Postback actions.
    I referred to the official documentatiton and I am a little unclear of what needs to be done. 
    Could anyone give an example of a message payload for Postback action that updates the conversation variables?
    A full example is really appreciated. 
    This is my code snippet:

    Can we make the bot aware of the events that happen inside a webview or pass the control from a webview to the bot when the webview is closed?

    Hi experts,
    There is a usecase where we would like to send a webview to the user (which is our own page). I wonder if there is any way of getting the data from the webview to the bot and vice-versa and also if there is any way to resume the conversation flow when the user closes the webviews? I am aware that we can use Instant apps for this purpose but can we also do this with our own HTML pages?

    Is it possible to display URLs as hyperlinks in FAQs instead of plain text?

    Hello developers,

    I wonder if there is any way to display URLs as links instead of plain text in the "System.QnA" component. 

    And also, is there any possibility of showing a hyperlink (a text redirecting to a URL) to a specific URL during the conversation just like we write in documents or emails?

    use case: HR Digital Assistant with two (or more) access levels.

    Each access level (let's say 'employee' and 'manager') gets redirected to a 'skill' with content only available to this group.

    Since DAs can't perform actions I'd create an on-boarding skill that captures employee number from the user, check it against the db and sends user to either 'employee' skill or 'manager' skill.

    Please advise if you think this is best practice?

    If so, how do I transition from on-boarding skill to 'employee' or 'manager' skill?
