Hi Guys,
Do you know any way to make Quota configuration RO for an UT (keeping Quota values editable in the same time) on Manage?
Quota / View / Configuration in 18B and
Quota / "Wrench icon" in 18C.
IMO this need to be the part of the system configuration for a support guy and not an end user task.

I configured the Application for the integration. In the Core API available entities, I noticed we have Collaboration Events entity.
Can you tell me what's this entity for? I tried to find it on the docs, but no luck.

I need to automate changes in Min Quota acording the service volume. Our system is setup to work with timeslots, but, I couldn't find a way to set the minimum quota of each timeslot.
Does anyone know how to do it?

I'm doing this, I fill one or more blanc space > save > go to "mass populate" > select copy week to week > apply > and save on the quota window.

Dear Experts,
I have observed that the max available value gets updated only for 1 months, even if we configure the calendar for the bucket or for the resource for a long period. If i want to check the quota after 1 month then the value of Max available is empty so quota comes as 0.
Can we increase the time duration for Max available to get updated for 3-4 months in advance.

I need to apply a new capacity category with a new work skill that limited resource will have, previously all resources were skilled to do all job types therefore we have only had one capacity category. How can I now configure the capacity bucket so that we can calculate the correct number of quota minutes for the resource in the bucket who are skilled for each capacity category and take into account unavailabilitys which we apply as an internal activity to the resource. Here are the two issues I am finding at the minute
Quota by capacity category setting
Setting 1) Quota is entered as % of maximum capacity available in this category
Pros – Calculates the correct quota minutes for the amount of capacity in the bucket that has that work skills. This is good as it means quota can be set without knowing what shifts the resources in the bucket work.
Cons – Does not count other activities into capacity quota calculation which may lead to overbooking and means every time any person has an Internal activity applied it becomes very manual for the diary team who then need to adjust all capacity quotas.
Setting 2) Quota is entered as % of quota defined on a parent level
Pros - Other activities are considered Quota % are calculated from max Available-Other activities
Cons – Quota for that capacity category can be opened even if there is no resource open that is skilled on that day. I.e total quota minute 200 if you open capacity 'commercial' as 50% quota will open for 100 minutes even if no one is working that day who has that skill.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have enabled %stop booking for a time-slot/Capacity Category combination. So once Quota used = Total quota for a time-slot/capacity category combination no activity should be created.
1. When get_capacity is executed using Capacity Management API, it ensures no quota details are sent for that.
2. But when I try to create activity using Inbound Interface API, it allows to create activity and due to which the used quota exceeds total quota defined for that time-slot/capacity category combination for that day.
Is there any way I can stop booking at 100% through interface? I am using Inbound interface to create an activity.
