    Hi Anil,

Configuration / User Types / Screen configuration / Collaboration and Identifiers / Identifiers / "Identify inventory by"
PS: I think it's better to make a new topic next time, because your issue isn't match with the initial issue reported here.

      Hi Anil,

I think you're using the same category names as the individual equipment names. So this screen means from "Air Filter" category you have only one type "Air Filter" and the amount is 46 pieces.

      Hi Zsolt,

Thanks for your response. I am still confused with the solution. We have Inventory Pool as "Technician" and Inventory Type as "Air Filter". We don't have any category of "Air Filter". And also we are not able to define a new Inventory Type with the same name. Can you guide me in which screen i can see the details and update as required.

      Thanks,

      Anil

      Hi Zsolt,

So as per your solution, the differences in Inventory categories can be best seen when we are using Parts Catalog. I have added Both Serialized and Non Serialized inventories and tested. As we are not able to see the differences in the Inventory Items with the serialized and non serialized Inventories available in OFSC. Screenshot attached for your reference.

      Thanks,

      Anil

      Hi Champs,

Under Technician Inventory, the Inventory is showing based on Inventory Id which is a Number auto generated by OFSC. Can we configure this to display Inventory Type based on Serial Number which is more user friendly to identify by Technician. And also it is easy to compare the item when it was scanned. Please help me and have attached the current view of application screenshot.

      Thanks,

      Anil Kumar
