    Hi,

The Transaction Account Builder will generate the charge account. If you are using our seeded Charge Account rule, then you should note that

    1. User Preferred Account (account in Requisition Preferences) has a higher priority than Employee Charge Account (account on HR record).
    2. User Preferred Account is based on the person creating the requisition while Employee Charge Account is based on the requester on the line

The above is why you have your current behavior. To achieve what you want, you have the following options

    1. Change the priority of the sources so that Employee Charge Account has a higher priority than User Preferred Account. This means you have to create a new charge account rule since you can't modify our seeded rule (you can copy/clone our seeded rule and then make the necessary changes)
    2. Keep everything as is and remove the values in User Preferred Account while making sure there is a value for user's expense account on their HR record. If you go with this option, you don't have to modify the charge account rule
