    Title:
.NET OSvC compatible with other Browsers
    Content:

Is there any plan to make the .NET version of the Oracle Service Cloud compatible with launching from other browsers aside from IE?  I know that the BUI will allow an agent to launch the OSvC from any browser but it does not have all of the functionality we require at this time.

Currently our agents must launch OSvC using IE and agents get an error when attempting to launch using other browsers.

    Thank you,

Since OSvC's .NET Agent Desktop uses Microsoft's ClickOnce installer technology, it's unlikely to be supported outside of IE and Edge for the installation of the console.  However, other than initial installation, there shouldn't be any need for either of the browsers in relation to using the Agent Console.

      Hi Macintosh,

I moved this one over to the developer forum for better visibility.
