    Title:
FCC Intercompany Base Values Zeroed Out for Jan17
    Summary:
After attempting to resolve another issues, by Consolidating and Translating for 2017 - 2019, we found intercompany base data is missing.
    Content:

In efforts to resolve a separate issue, by running Consolidate and Translate for the "beginning of time" for our system which was 2017 to 2019, we discovered an issue with 2017 and 2018 data.

We specifically noticed that Jan17 data for base level data for an intercompany is now zeroed out. We had to consolidate and translate for all years in June, so we pulled an audit report from June 1 until now and the only change we see is that it that intercompany value was moved. I don't believe this should have caused data to be removed.  This issue is causing our Balance sheet to have variances in all years.

Do you know of any reason this would get zeroed out and how can we fix this issue?  We don't have a backup of recent that we think would fix the issue.

      Hi Caitlin,

What do you mean by it zeroed out? Are the values 0 or #Missing? I have not till now seen any base level data just getting overwritten in FCCS. BTW, what is the level 0 node you have in the movements dimension?

      Regards,
