    Empty recipient list in emails received via OBI agents

    When a scheduled report is received via email, the TO, CC fields is empty i.e it doesn't show which users have received that email from OBI agent.

    This was not the case in BO and hence might be a risk factor if developer adds an incorrect email Id (recipient) by mistake.
