In the HCP cube, we need the ability to pick a Start and End Month. Currently, we can only pick a Start Month but not an End Month. The End Month defaults to December. For example, we have interns that begin in May and leave in August. Interested in knowing how do other customers handle this scenario. Thanks

In Workforce Planning we use Partial Payment Factor for seasonal/temporary/intern positions when populating Employee Properties. Not sure if this helps in your case or not.

What is the "HCP" cube?  Is this a custom cube?  EPBCS Workforce does not currently have "End Date" for seasonal employees as an OOTB feature (feel free to log an Enhancement Request) but you can modify the OOTB logic to include one.  Currently, you would "Plan Departure" to indicate the end month.

Partial Payment Factor (PPF) is meant to further reduce compensation based on long-term leave where the 100% compensation is not being paid by the employer yet the FTE needs to remain as-is for reporting purposes.  The PPF gets copied to all periods in the range after running the "Process Loaded Data" rule, so any subsequent manipulation of the monthly data for PPF would be overwritten by the PPF value in the &CurMnth->&CurYr variables for Period and Year, respectively.
