    Looks like there is a limit on the api usage per staff account. It is 10,000 operations per agent per month. It may vary basing on license contract though. And Oracle will charge more, if customer wants more api usage.
    So, if there are 3000 agents, independent of which agent is using the api calls, will the total api usage limit is 30 million?

    We generally dedicate one staff account (usually 'SOAPUSER') for Integrations. So, I am assuming the limit is a pooled limit. But just wanted to confirm here.

    I would recommend talking to your sales rep or CSM to get the right answer for your case. There would be different answers depending on your commercial agreement with Oracle.       There is a document that describes everything regarding the product that the customer receives, including storage and api calls.

      The limit is 7,500,000 daily for engagement cloud for example. But you can see every fusion product in the same document.
