One agreement but two different currencies
    Content:

We have one purchase agreement but two different currencies

lets say, There is hotel agreement and this agreement is related to per room changes, For Local is 1000 AED but for Foreign 500 USD per room charges

shall we create two agreement? because per unit is in different currency, what would be the best way for this

Don't understand the business case. The agreement is usually between the customer and supplier for goods and services. Not sure if modeling room rate is appropriate in this context. Can you elaborate in detail what you intend to model and the entire business flow that you are trying to model.

I am asking about purchase agreement, we have a contract with one hotel but there is a condition that per room charges are different for local (National) and Foreign, Lets take UAE example, If room is book for local (UAE National), charges will be in AED Currency but If the room is booked for foreigner one who comes for officially visit, Charges will be in USD Currency

      This is a service agreement

what would be the best way to record it

One agreement gives you one price list in one currency.

If you have two price lists in two different currencies to worry about, you would need two agreements.
